If you're looking for a place to stay here in Baguio where you can relax and feel at home, then I highly recommend F7 Baguio Transient House. The place is clean and complete with amenities that you will need, like spacious beds, hot and cold shower, and they also have a parking lot if you have a vehicle. But what sets F7 apart from others would be their added amenities. Their kitchen is complete with utensils everything that you need for basic cooking, that includes the gas and cooking pots, so all you have to do is buy the ingredients and you can cook all you want. They even have unlimited supply of purified drinking water, which you won't find in any other transient houses. If you would crave for barbeque you can also grill there, they have a place where you can do so, just buy the meat or fish and some coal and you can have some fun time in the evening, maybe after your day tour. And speaking of tour, if you're a first timer in Baguio, and you're not able to research on where to go, don't worry they got it covered. They'll give you a map and a plan which you can use to roam around conveniently and enjoy Baguio, and it's free! Do you know that a tour map is sold for ₱50? But you know what else is special in F7? It's how they take care of their guests. Sure you'd find a cheaper place or maybe a transient house with a pool, but it's rare to find a place where you'll feel at home. Not just the 'feel' of your body and all, I'm saying the 'feel' that you are satisfied, because at F7 they will really take care of you, make sure that you'll enjoy your stay in Baguio, and have a relaxing stay with them. So if it's Baguio, you know where to go.

The owners are very acommodating and friendly. The will even give you recommendations on where to go in Baguio if you need tips. The place is secured and well kept. Complete ammenities with hot & cold shower. You can reach the place through taxi or grab. If you have a car, they have limited parking space but they will give you instructions on where to park.

F7 is a great transient house in Baguio. 2-Car Garage with CCTVs, spacious rooms (2 big rooms good for 5, 1 small for couples). Free Wi-Fi, TV, and a wide kitchen for cooking (utensils and cooking wares provided). Continouos water supply with Hot&Cold shower. Oh, there is a spacious backyard good for group bonding gimmicks like jamming, kantahan, grilling party, etc. while enjoying the cool breeze of Baguio.

The owner and his children are very accommodating and pleasant! Sheets smell super nice! The place is clean and comfy! Common areas: living and dining room, bathroom/toilet, and there's outside area where you can chill and smoke, too. They have Wi-Fi. Limited parking space, I think.

The place was very spacious and was able to accommodate 14 people. You'll have the house all to yourself. The owner is also very nice.

Kuya Francis is very accommodating. He even let us stay longer if we want for as long as we advise him. Easy to communicate and the house has strong wi-fi and with the right timing, you can even have the house for yourselves. Will definitely stay here again and recommend this with our friends who wish to stay in Baguio.

😠 No receptionist when I arrived, some cockroaches in my room, bathroom was filthy. Worst hostel ever! I checked out after 6 hours. The fat lady at the reception didn’t give me my change 💰, NO shame at all! I’ve found a better room for a fraction of the cost.
