The place is perfect for the whole family and we loved it! We are a total of 10 adults and 4 kids and we feel that there are still so much space for additional 2-4 adults. Even if we do not have our reservation, we were very thankful for the very good service and hospitality of the Owners. The price is very affordable as well. Comfort rooms is clean and heaters are provided. You can just bring your food and cook there. A 5-gallon drinking water is also provided. We will definitely go back! Highly recommended!

My family loves the house and the owner, Ms. Marjo was very nice and accomodating. She and her husband made our stay there so warmth even though the weather was so cold. We spent there my son's 1st birthday and his dad's bday too.

We had a very wonderful stay at EMS Summer Homes. We felt their very warm hospitality from tita and tito to the point that they treat us like we were family. Staying in this place felt like home or more than home, what we've paid for is more than enough to enjoy our stay at Baguio. We are giving EMS SUMMER HOMES a whopping 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and is Highly Recommended. Godbless and more Power!!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Nov-13 to 16 😘❤️

This is your home away from home accomodation in Baguio. A quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Very accessible to tourist spots, Good Shepherd, Mines View Park, Mansion House, Wright Park, Baguio Country Club, acmo John Hay and Botanical Garden.

😠 No receptionist when I arrived, some cockroaches in my room, bathroom was filthy. Worst hostel ever! I checked out after 6 hours. The fat lady at the reception didn’t give me my change 💰, NO shame at all! I’ve found a better room for a fraction of the cost.
