Best place to stay in Baguio IMHO..large rooms, courteous staff..walking distance to most Baguio tourist spots..jeepney terminal to most places are located just a few stone throw away..budget friendly..the building is a bit old but that's it's charm..no wifi : (

It is clean, has its own parking lot, friendly staff, and it's within central Baguio so you're just a few steps away from Burnham Park and shopping centers especially the thrift stores or wagwagan which Baguio has become known for.

It's more of like a vintage type of hotel so if you're not into that I wouldn't recommend this place. But, overall the place is good. If you're looking for an affordable hotel that is near every tourist spot in Baguio, then this is it.

Cozy and very near to city center. Water pressure is excellent. Hot and cold. Balconies on select rooms. Kitchen has all the things you need minus the ingredients. Wifi is excellent. Staff are friendly. Secured parking space. Will go back.

Very convenient location right across Burnham on one side, and Session road on the other side. Apartments are clean, well kept and has a homey ambiance.

Very accomodating and the place is in strategic location.. cozy and affordable for a group of people..

Near groceries, food store and also water plentiful

Booked 2 rooms for friends. One was on the 1st floor and the other was booked for the ground floor for an old couple but the staff gave them a room on the 1st floor instead, it was very difficult for them to walk up and down the stairs, they couldn't sleep because of the barking of the neighbour's dogs.

It's in the city center where everything you need is just stone throw away. Lets you live like the locals like buying your own food at the Baguio Public market(on foot) then cooking it yourself back at the condo.

It's a nice place to stay. Good location and ideal for family or group of friends

Our family normally spend Christmas at room 302, 301, and other rooms on the second floor. A very memorable place.

Big rooms

Simple, hony and clean. Super worth the price.
