On our overnight family trip to Baguio in March 2023, we rode a Genesis point-to-point JoyBus from the new Clark International Airport. We planned to find a place to stay overnight upon arriving in Baguio. After the bus pulled into the terminal (across from SM City Baguio) directly in front of the bus, we saw the South Terminal Inn. After eating dinner in a canteen next door to the South Terminal Inn, we rented a room for the three of us there. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was quiet and equipped with a CR, shower, and two beds (one larger bed for my wife and me and one smaller bed perfect for our 5-year-old son). If you are not high maintenance, then the South Terminal Inn is a perfect and convenient choice in a good location (in front of the bus stop, with good food in the canteen next door, across from SM City Baguio, and taxis passing consistently on Governor Pack Road which is an excellent place to walk to shop or sightseeing). We plan on staying in the South Terminal Inn on our next trip, Lord Willing.

Simply the best when it comes to LOCATION. Nothing beat this when it comes to staying here. It's so close to SM Baguio

If you're a back packer, young couples, this place is good for you. The rooms are on the 2nd floor, quite inside despite of having bus terminal downstairs. Great location, just behind SM Baguio, walking distance to Burnham Park, Session Road and Restaurants. If you have a vehicle to park, SM offers overnight parking for 200.

This place is very noisy, loud music playing very early in the morning, the walls are made of cardboard, constant shouting and whistling outside from the bus terminal, the shower temperature control didn't work, and of course it took about 20 minutes to get the staff to understand that, even with showing them directly that there was no control over the temperature they tried to argue, no one would take responsibility. Toilet seat was falling off, cockroaches flying round. Pay a bit more and get a better hotel.

An on-budget place to stay while in Baguio. Location is superb. Rooms are clean and staffs are friendly.

I have no bad review of the place.. very convenient for travelers since it's literally a step away from the bus when you alight.

its a decent inn. i brought only the ordinary one so here's how it went. there was just a bed, a cabinet, a trash can, and a wall fan. there are only two sockets available. in the early morning, i borrowed what they called "heater", and it was this thing you drop in a pail of water and plug in. it was taking soooooo long. sooo long. i had to wait for atleast half an hour for it to warm a pail of water. other than that there is nothing else to note.
