Maintained/cleeeeaaaan 😊 Friendly and super accommodating host😍 With free breakfast😋 10 meters from turning point (jeepney fare 8.50)

We had a problem at first with booking here at Florida's but then as we checked-in we were immediately entertained and was awed with the over-all place. The room was clean and so as the bathroom, they had a common lounge room, the kitchen is accessible plus the utensils and there is a free wifi and hot shower. The owner is also nice and approachable. My initial thoughts were changed. Kudos!

we pay for 4 days there’s no internet also ive notice that the tv is not working..we already spoke to ate and she’s telling it’s because of the typhoon last 2weeks ,damn and i asked can we have some electric fan she replied “you can open the window. smh.. guys if you have buget go for the good hotels. thats why we transfer... my honest review 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Good place to stay in Baguio. Near St Louis University. Public Jeepneys passing this area. But not that good if you have your own car. Parking is just on side road and very narrow.

The owner itself, of course Ms. Florida was friendly. The place was kinda hard to go to. You meed to look for a jeepney in Baguio Plaza going to Holy Ghost Extension. Hard to get be resto's near the place so it's really jist a place for you to hit tje sack. The place is overlooking the houses of Baguio city and lights up at night. Breaksfast is available to cheerios for that! The place is clean as well, warm shower is available (Preferably for women Travellers)

The place is clean. Its a good thing that right when you go out, there is a jeepney terminal going to the city proper. The breakfast is also yummy and Ate Florida is also so kind and approachable.

Great food, great view, great place to stay at in Baguio! The manager was really nice and very eager to help us in whatever way possible. If you're booking as a group (25, in our case) the manager will reserve the whole 2nd and/or 3rd floor for you. Transportation is also very easy since taxis and jeepneys pass by in front of the transient. SM Baguio is also only a few minutes away. They also sell coats for a VERY cheap price. (2 for 150! I didn't miss this chance and bought 6)

Our landlady was so accommodating. I had been staying in her Transient for three times. And in my future plans of visiting Baguio again I will definitely choose to stay in her place.

One of the best, the owner is so kind. She always smile whenever we ask for favor. Amenities are great; wifi, free breakfast, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator and many more. It has a wide space, nice interior design and it's overlooking the city. Lastly, it is budget friendly.
