4 stars. They have good taste when it comes to well interior designed rooms. Good ventilation but quite far from the city proper. The transient itself can accommodate a large group especially when you're going out with the rest of your family.

Entire house is clean. Nice beds, sofa with clean bedsheets. Ref, tv, gas range, water heater, fans are all functional without issues. Caretaker - Jhoie is very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Given the chance, we'll be back here!

We had a great stay. We saw areas for improvement and are sure they will address for future guests. I personally prefer staying in hotels but our stay here was definitely a good one. Keep it up guys...hats off to the staff.

Just left there excellent place clean and very good accommodation owner and employees are very nice and friendly the best transient in Baguio better than forest lodge and the price again excellence. Will recommend to all my friends and will comeback again no regrets at all its worth it to relax and layback
