The rooms are very clean and are tastefully decorated. The guards are very nice and helpful they are there 24 hours a day as well. We were invited to have access to the rooftop. The view of Baguio was beautiful from there. What really made this place stand out was the wonderful owners. They were so inviting and friendly, they were actually a great compliment to our trip to Baguio. Upon our check out they both showed up and we were offered a ride to tge bus terminal. My overall impression of the experience was outstanding and would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful place to stay! Everything is perfect and the area is very safe.The location has parking spots. When you enter you can just smell cleanliness and freshness. All is new and well looked after. Everything is so neat and clean. The room has everything you need: toiletries, water, coffee, tea, kettle, fridge, microwave, towels. They have very fast internet connection as well as smart tv. The bed and sofa are really comfortable. I'm very picky about cleanliness, there is absolutely nothing I can say about this place! Was super neat and clean. The shower size is big and so comfortable. You have a very beautiful and calm view from both front and back of the residence. This is a place where I would love to be back and I will definetely recommend it to friends & family whenever they will visit Baguio. Well done and thank you! IG: AMestizaInManila

You better book this fast!! Exceeded our expectations and what you read on the reviews are all true. Hosts were very welcoming and facilities are top notch you can even lock yourselves in the room and you won't get bored with the Smart TV and fast WiFi. Better than most hotels in Baguio.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the fragrance of the whole house and room was very relaxing. You will definitely feel home with the ambiance. In addition to that the service of Ms. Annette together with her husband was beyond the expectation. It was raining when we checked out and they offered us to drive us and dropped us where we could get taxi easily.

Place is very clean, specially the bathroom. Linen is immaculate. Very good value for money, safe neighborhood with guard across the entrance. Secure car park but for four vehicles only. Has Wi-Fi router right inside the room. Electronic lock to the well lighted common area. Very well maintained or newly built place?
