I'm giving it five star because of the staff. They are all senior citizens but they gave excellent customer service. They also have an elevator for people who have difficulty climbing the stairs. They also have instant food available at the reception area. Its clean and hot water is available.

Excellent because of its affordability, perfect location (very near SM Baguio, Session Rd & the Baguio Cathedral) plus they have warm and friendly staff. First and foremost, this a budget inn. Don’t expect the luxuries and amenities that come with a 5 star hotel. With that being said, the rooms that we have stayed in were always clean, with newly laundered sheets. The toilets were clean as well with working water heater. It’s best to request for the front facing rooms for better ventilation plus they are more spacious than the others. Owners are easy to talk to and accomodating of our needs. They have a convenience store downstairs for your immediate needs like toiletries, snacks, instant coffee, or if you forgot your toothbrush, slippers and such. I love that this place is centrally located, right at the business district of Baguio City. Will definitely be coming back.

Worst experience with a hotel. Don't know if the other reviews are just friends and family forced to give 5 stars --but as someone who has experienced bad hotels, this is the worst. Room was disgusting, no linens, no toiletries, paint peeling off the walls, dirty tables, and pillowcases and bedsheets that obviously have not been changed in ages. Would not spend 10 bucks to stay in this place. Please spend your money elsewhere.

I initially didnt want to stay here but the usual transient place I go to was full and I was given a discount btw, just a heads up. The original per night price for the room I had was 1200php. I paid 1000php a night. And I stayed for two nights. The room I had was at the back, it was fine. I wasnt asking for much anyways. And I had my own private bath. The windows faced another wall, but otherwise the ventilation was fine. Initially the room smelled musty, like it hadnt been touched for a while (which was probably the case). The bathroom was tiny. Theres a hot and cold shower, the faucets work, and the toilet flush works. But it was really tiny, the exhaust doesnt work, amd the window doesnt open. The owner was ok, an old lady, shes very nice, accomodating and superstitious. The other front desk people was a mother and daughter combo. They were easy to talk to. Not much to say since I just holed up in there. Question is, would I go back stay here? 50/50. I like the place but I dont feel its amazing. PS please excuse my stuff thrown about the room.

Good place to stay while in Baguio, easy access to almost every place you want to go, and the room rates are reasonable. This place is recommendable.

When we checked in nothing else we have heard from the receptionist except charges for stains and I was told not to wash clothes. I obviously rented a hotel for sleeping not for washing. Secondly, the room was so small and very uncomfortable to move as well as the toilet very ugly, smells uncomfortably, shower holder is broken, toilet sink is overflowing. No proper air ventilation.

Stayed here for a night and got some great experience and a comfy stay. The staff and the owner are accomodating and fun to o converse with. We stayed at a standard room, room is good at he amount of 1200 php. They also have a small resto on the side serving caldereta and spicy bulalo. A must try pension in baguio city. Very acessible to all.

Not strategic place to put business with. So much expensive rooms. Taxi are not passing here to pick up customers. Cable TV have only two channels to choose from. I am not happy to stay here.

It's been my 2nd time here, the first one we were group of 3, the location is convenient, near session road, cheap - 400pesos/person/night. The room is "so so" fair for it's price. The second time, I was a little disappointed, we are group of four, but was given the same room that we used during my first stay. The room is not supposed to be for a group of four - I believed, since it's just a double size bed and another bed that you can pull over. Worth mentioning as well that the shower is busted, water is not that warm, and they haven't fixed it since it was broken since my first stay,
