This store is not in a great location, so it's not crowded. There is a lot of traffic in front of the store, and the exhaust gas is terrible. However, I have the impression that more and more young people are coming. There is a Korean school in the building next door, so I guess the students there. Drinks are priced around 100 pesos, and food is not expensive at 130 pesos for clubhouse sandwiches. The staff are also friendly.

Good coffee, cozy ambiance, both come with a price. Come here for some alone time. Their cafe is just beside a busy road so don't expect an easily available parking. The traffic noise also wafts inside, you might need some noise cancelling headphones during your time alone.

Great place and lovely staff!

Ambiance: Cozy and not that spacious. Despite this, the place exudes a cross between class and a homey feeling. Pipe in music isn't obtrusive which allows for low volume conversations. Service: Due to the limited staff (2 or 3 people), things can take a bit of time when the place is near full to full. It's worth the wait though. Food: The food is really good. I couldn't recommend it enough. If you happen to pass by the area and hunger pangs tell you it's time to eat, consider Always Bean Cafe. You won't be disappointed.

Since it wasn't completely adjacent to the highway, the exhaust gas wasn't that bad. It was near a yoga place. It's a short walk from the Crown Legacy Hotel. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi is said to be available, but it doesn't work. I'm going to just drink coffee and go find a different internet place.

It's not as congested as the ones near downtown. Ok for studying. Menu and service are satisfactory.
