A lovely place to be on a nice day. We were pleasantly surprised and very pleased at how long a period of time that we had aboard our boat on the lake. You may hire bicycles(some carrying as many as three people)on the cycle track for a modest fee,and once again the period of time allowed is most generous indeed ~ so it is good value for money. Spend time here is amazing. I love the place.

Oh how I missed Burnham Park. I used to come here every morning to run around the lake many years ago. It still was a great place for a nice walk, some bump-car fun, and the like. The holiday market (?) was well designed and decorated, so I'd recommend visiting this place around Christmas.

Definitely one of the best places to visit in Baguio. πŸ’– Burnham Park is a crowded tourist destination, but for good reason. The assortment of flowers that you will see in the park is truly breathtaking. Aside from sightseeing, you can also do boating, have your picture taken by a photographers' cooperative in tribal clothes, rent cars or bikes, and play at the amusement park.

This place is beautiful, a great place to visit when you're going to Baguio. It is located along Harrison Road, a short distance from Session Road. What I like about this place is you can take pictures of different beautiful flowers and you can enjoy different activities there like biking, walking, riding on a boat, etc.

It feels like the first time! After few months I decided to go for a walk in this beautiful icon of Baguio. I must say, its quiet and peaceful (in my mind, im wondering maybe this is how it feels during the 90's) 😊 I love burnham park this way!

A great place for a trip with your family, friends and your partner! -There are available paddle boat operators that you can rent from 200-350 pesos. -Bikes can be rented from 75 pesos up to 150 pesos that is already good for 30 minutes. Location is strategic. There are several walking distance establishments where you can eat and jeepney vehicles are just nearby.

Its not complete for a tourist/visitor not to see this restored park b4 he leaves the city. Walk to see and take selfie with the (dont pick) flowers, grounds, boats, trees and fountains around. The lake has few fishes and different boats designed for you to have fun rowing or just ride. Also Join free zumba or just run and walk around best every (early) dewy mornings (sometimes to catch up fogs) . Located at the center of the city and its accessible to all transportation areas some with mini buses that offers free sakay going to the mall, market, cathedral.... Accessible to food houses, recreational centers, grocery, coffffeeee shops, churches, night market, pasalubong stores, close to meetings, banks, schools and other universities, other govt entities and tge like. Youll find almost everything nearby malay mu pati jowa ma-nearby Burnham Park. So i suggest u walk. Rampa your beauty and the pogi looks😁 and its good for your health walking. Enjoy. See more and have fun staying in Baguio City.

You just can't skip Burham Park whenever you're in Baguio. Best to go here during weekdays for that mid-to-late afternoon stroll. You'll see lots of assortment of activities: lake boat rides, bikes, food stalls scattered around. Gardens are well maintained and there are lots of seating around. But best to enjoy the walks, the scenery, in that cold Baguio breeze.

Burnham Park is a good place to stroll both night and day. There are paid parking lots around the area you have to pick the area where you will be staying for a long time to prevent longer walks. We took the boating at night and it is more beautiful and silent than in the morning. We paid β‚±150 for the boat plus additional β‚±50 because we were tired to row the boat. We wanted to try roller skates but it was already closed at 7PM. The bump car was the other ride we were able to try it was β‚±100/5 mins/head and with a weight limit.

A lot cleaner and crowd is more manageable more than ever. Police presence is constant so you feel more safe. More public CR are around and increased number of evenly spread out trash bins. Just make sure you do your part and clean as you go.

I/we enjoyed Burnham Park. We visited when it was busy and mellow, day and night. Felt safe. Numerous low level things to do for all ages. Fun to see nostalgic things to do (bumper cars, bike/pedal rentals) all sorts of food vendors, even massage people (but not sure where that happens). We had a picnic and someone offered (and we bought) blue tarp to sit on. Recommend and would return but wouldn’t call it a must see. Parking is hard to come by so walk or get dropped off is key.

A great place to go on the weekends to bond and have fun with the family. They offer different activities like biking, skating & boating. The place is well maintained and is clean. Security is also good as they have guards patrolling the area who also are very respectful.

Lovely spot with a pond in the middle of Baguio. Choose your boat carefully as there are many modes of propulsion. Vendors and tour ticket hawkers abound. Late February is flower time!

This park is not only for the kids. Adults can enjoy more there. 😁🀣 You can try to rent a bike and it's cheap 200pesos only and you ride it for than an hour. Not bad.

This pandemic really hit Baguio city hard (most tourist place) but the good thing few or limited people so you can enjoy the view. Avoid Pollution like noise. Very calming. You can walk, jog, cycling around. And the roses at the park is really beautiful and its free! I hope they maintain the cleanliness and ordeliness of Burnham Park.

Indeed a relaxing park to drive away negativities in life! Your trip to Baguio is never complete without coming to Burnham Park. The wide and entertaining park offers various things to do like having a small picnic, boat ride, bicycle riding, relaxing ground, jogging, walking and others provided that you comply with the rules and regulations of the city, you will enjoy everything! Other photos I indicated were taken at the Melvin Jones grand stand just beside the park.

One of the main tourist destinations in Baguio. Great place to unwind.. take a walk, have a boat ride (around P100-200), get a bike and ride or eat some delicious "taho" in strawberry and ube flavor (P30)😊

Big park with plenty of space to do a variety of activities offered by the park or on your own. Many restrooms situated around the park as well as food stops. Not many restrooms open when it gets dark. Not sure I've seen many trash bins but the park seemed to be well maintained from garbage

The best place to have a relaxing time after a long day or week. Most especially on a really nice weather. Have a sit in one of the benches around the park while sipping your freshly brewed coffee or any fave beverage. This is a not to miss place. Free and worth it!

One of the pride tourist destination of Baguio city! Endless fun and games, foods, and stuffs to buy. The bicycle ride is a must if your have friends with you. The foods are also great. The roller skating is my favorite of all. My first time to use roller skate and it was fun! I had bruises upon stumbling down, but it's worth it! Really a once in a lifetime experience.for me. Aside from what I have mentioned there is also small boat rides. A lot of scenic views, monuments, etc. A lot of tourist any day! Rain or shine. So there is no perfect day to go to Baguio, just go and visit!!

Went to Burnham Park on a Sunday. There is a crowd anywhere but it is given since it is a tourist spot that is accessible to everyone. The lights are beautiful at night since we went during Christmas season. Some spots were dark alleys when you walk on them but otherwise, good for friendly and family dates!

An excellent place for family and friends to visit. It has no entrance fees, and has a lake where you can ride a boat (P 150) and park grounds where you can ride small bikes (P 100). Not a place I would recommend at night as it gets quite dark here at some spots. But the morning is a superb experience you will definitely want to come back to.

Burnham Park offers a beautiful natural setting and a wide range of recreational activities, making it a must-visit destination in Baguio. However, visitors should be prepared for crowds and limited parking, especially during peak times. Despite these challenges, the park's natural beauty and affordability make it a worthwhile experience for anyone exploring Baguio. Pros of Burnham Park: Scenic Beauty: The park is nestled in the heart of Baguio and offers picturesque views of a man-made lake, well-maintained gardens, and towering pine trees. The lush greenery and serene atmosphere make it a perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle. Recreational Activities: Burnham Park offers a wide range of recreational activities, including boat rides on the lake, biking, and skating. There are also playgrounds for children, making it a great place for families to spend quality time together. Walking Paths: The park features well-paved walking paths that are perfect for leisurely strolls or jogging. The clean and well-kept paths make it easy to explore the entire park. Affordable: Most of the activities and rentals at Burnham Park are affordable, making it accessible to a wide range of visitors, including budget travelers. Cons of Burnham Park: Crowds: Burnham Park can get extremely crowded, especially on weekends and holidays. The large number of visitors can lead to long queues for boat rentals and other activities, diminishing the peaceful atmosphere. Limited Parking: Finding parking around Burnham Park can be a challenge, and the available parking spaces can fill up quickly during peak hours. Commercialization: Over the years, Burnham Park has become more commercialized, with numerous vendors and stalls selling snacks and souvenirs. While this can be convenient, it has also led to a slightly cluttered appearance in some areas. Maintenance: While the park is generally well-maintained, some areas could benefit from more attention and regular upkeep, especially during the rainy season when certain paths can get muddy.

Surprised to see a crowd of people in Burnham Park at night time- babies, kids, teens, and families just enjoying the night stroll. The place is safe as there are police officers were everywhere. Lots of food, drinks, coffee, milk tea and more to choose from when you feel hungry. The bike area is also packed although one can still manage to enjoy bike riding. Busking was also allowed. Rides were also available for kids to enjoy. Sparkling night to remember with all the Christmas lights all over the trees and pathways! A must-see when visiting Baguio during the holidays! Great work for all the organizers of the Park and to the Police officers who were there to ensure the safety of everyone.

Burnham Park is a must visit spot in Baguio City, and even though it's been a while since I've been there, I can still recall the lively atmosphere at night. Delicious street food stalls lining around the park, and a bustling night market full of treasures waiting to be discovered. It's like stepping into a lively scene straight out of a movie, with people laughing, chatting, and enjoying the local vibes. It's a nostalgic experience that showcases the heart and soul of Baguio's culture.

There are variety of fun activities to enjoy here - from boating, skating, biking, and more. You may also simply enjoy having a picnic with your family in the park. Such a good place to have fun in Baguio City! But always remember to be a responsible citizen or tourist. Don't ruin a good place by throwing trashes just anywhere.

Real beautiful park. Pretty busy during summer months. Lots of activities like boats, and some shopping, and some food. It’s best to take the first class bus from Manila as its already a long ride and only costs 300 more each way. But careful if you book with victory liner you must book 7 weeks in advance.

When you are boring living in crowded place. Why don't you try to relax and feel the nature. Im always in the Baguio because i fell in love to the place. Pine-tree and there's alot of flower and of course the weather. Its cold even you are just in the Philippines. One way bus trip pitx to baguio that's its just sleep in the bus when you wake up you are in the baguio 😊😊😊.

What I love about this place is the night market or bazaar. Every 9PM till midnight a main road around Burnham Park is always closed down to give way for this. If you're interested in flea markets this is a place to check. They sell jackets (winter, leather, denim), pants, shoes, ladies bags, head wears for an affordable price. Plus if you're into street food that got it they even have Korean street foods. Good way to load up on carbs before legging up the market. The local folks here are very friendly. The taxi cab drivers are very polite. No worries. Hotels in Baguio are very decent and air conditioning is optional most of them none very cold here. If you're visiting this part of the country this is a must visit. In the daytime Burnham Park have a lot of activity for the whole family to offer. Bikes, and boat rides..lot's of restaurant and eatery around.

Lots of health buffs coming here early in the morning specially on weekends. These days on Saturdays, several exercise groups come together - taebo, zumba, tai chi (?)...even small pockets of young adults having kickboxing..most exercise groups of zumba start at 6AM and some at 7AM..observance of minimum health protocol like facial mask is of course necessary here.. arrows are also visible to direct the public.. some stationed guards are quick to remind those going counter to the arrows... Some guards, though, especially after 7 AM are lenient so the public has to help politely remind those who are not mindful of safety protocols..

Valentine's Day Date at Burnham Park during Pandemic. The city is slowly improved from the effect of ECQ. The park lively in the morning and afternoon specially during Sundays as fitness enthusiasts jogging here, dog lovers leashes their pets, and young people enjoying the cold weather.

Its not crowded, its clean, you have safe place here in the park. Love the roses like a thousands of them! Hope that in the future they maintain and improvement more this beautiful park.

The place always evolve whenever I would visit. I went here during the pandemic, so naturally there are fewer people when I visited. Which kinda mde my visit more pleasant for me. Some areas are under renovation, which is good, that shows they are trying to take care of the place. I love the part that they revived the skating rink! There are more bike type as well.

  • 3/5 Dark A. 2 years ago on Google
Everything here should have been perfect and I would have given this place a perfect score because of its vast green spaces and cool air, aside from the various sights. However, with regards to cleanliness, I cannot just overlook the plastic bottles, food wrappeds etc. Furthermore the rides are too expensive considering the pond water is so dirty and smelly. Furthermore, this place is not safe at night. One time, when we chanced upon this place at night, there are a lot of suspicious looking people tailing you and there are some offering sexual jobs. Plus, there are no police or security people at night.

  • 5/5 ジョジョJohn l. 2 years ago on Google
The architecture and landscape here is very good, even the foods here are very nice but a little bit expensive but worth the experience. The biking here is nice you can even rent it if you want too. If you want to yoga come here early in the morning it's fantastic.

Popular with locals and tourists alike for biking, boating, walking or just to relax outdoors. Also a zumba location pre-pandemic. Now that the city's covid alert level has gone down, just like the norm before, many bring blankets or mat to enjoy the park picnic style, or bring badminton rackets for a leisure game amongst family and friends. Recent addition are Dibshi jen Dibsho (an Ibaloi word which means a free book) seats that is Baguio City's initiative to promote reading. More on IG @mangan.pasyar.stories

Having been able to rest for a while, this is the 1st time I see Burnham Park so alive. Many families came out today with their picnic blankets, boats are sailing, there's a jam of bikers and vendors are earning. This is how the park was. I just hope the number of people are still controlled so as to mantain health and safety.

I love walking around baguio especially at Burnham Park because you can see a lot of flowers around the park. You can also do many recreational activities like biking and riding a boat. They also have food stalls once you got hungry! This park is also near markets.

Always iconic 🌻 Haven't been here for so long despite my distance, but it's due to some busy schedules and some usual distractions. Indeed, if you wanna ponder over things and genuinely cry while walking down the park like I did this early morning. Early as 4, 5 or 6AM is perfect if u wish for a wider space & less people. Meeting joggers too on the way pictures a healthy environment while the cold breezy wind dances. Tired now, benches are free, yet cold ha-ha! Burnham Park is πŸ’ž

Bring something to protect you from the heat of the sun when going up in this place. family vehicles are not allowed to go up to this point because the area where you will see a good view of the tower and the west Philippines sea is not wide enough for vehicles. tricycle fare per trip is 50 pesos as of 2022 with a maximum of 3persons per trip.

The place was also nice to see in the morning especially trying activities a family can enjoy like biking, riding a boat and having picnics. There are food area and lots of rest rooms. Parking is just hard during peak season. (Forgot to take pics since we just visit first in the evening for the night market 😊). The night market is beside the park.

Burnham Park is considered to be one of the most famous parks in the country. It is located on Jose Abad Santos Drive, Baguio City 2600 Benguet Philippines. A park is a popular place for both locals and tourists. This place is often full-packed with people regardless if it is rainy or not. The most well-known activity in the park is β€œbiking”. There are lots of bicycles for rent at a very decent price. It is an excellent activity for youngsters and adults.

I have always been looking at this park ever since 2018. I only had the chance to review the park because I flexed the view of this park to my Japanese friend so that he can go here someday. Still crowded as ever. There's a lot of tourist as always. It is still fun to see everyone having fun here.

A place for the family and groups of people. It has everything from entertainment to relaxation, from skating rinks to bikeways to fun rides and food. Parking is quite difficult to come by, so you have to be patient to get one.

I've been to Baguio for several times but never had the chance to visit Burnham Park. I read a lot of comments that it is not that beautiful but to my surprise, It exceeded my expectation. The park is bustling with positive energy. The cool weather is perfect for the people renting bikes and boats. There are stalls that sells food and the atmosphere is vibrant. It really is the heart of Baguio city. The place is open 24 hours and it is also bright during night. The place is well lit and you will feel that it is safe. There are a lot of students practicing even at night. I was surprised that it was near SM Baguio and Session Road. Definitely a must visit in Baguio city.

A really good place to visit when you're in Baguio. Might not be a good idea to visit during Christmas season. Since the bike rent area is FULL. Better to visit at night if you want to rent a bike. A very good place to take a break and rest. A lot of street food and cafes in the area also.

  • 5/5 Maria G. 9 months ago on Google
clean and spacious park. you can also do some activities in the area like boat rowing, biking & gokart. they have a lot of food stalls and vendors around the area so its not a problem if you ever go hungry while walking around. a nice place to stroll around. is also very pretty at night with the lights 🩡

An icon and must visit location in Baguio. Get a massage, ride the boats or do the go-kart, skate board, street food from one of the many food stalls, buy pasalubong. Or simply bring your own picnic blanket and picnic food - and spread it on the grass. Lots of other side parks such as a children's park nearby. Note: park only in designated parking πŸ…Ώ slots. And for those with dogs - medium to big sized dogs aren't allowed in Burnham Park.

  • 5/5 Fredric J. 4 months ago on Google
There’s a lot of activities to do in Burnham Park. We chose to do the biking one and it was cheap for almost an hour. After visiting many times, it was my first time doing this activity. Burnham Park is also improving the same as the other tourist attractions in Baguio. Now, they had a lot of food stalls nearby while biking in the area. They also keep the surroundings clean every time.

  • 5/5 Heide G. 4 months ago on Google
Great place and one of the popular spots to visit in Baguio. You can enjoy the waterpark rides and take a stroll around the area. The place is also quite near the Baguio City SM mall. Best ride that I enjoyed the most was bump car (recommended with friends). Much better to visit Burnham Park during summer. There's no enough shade if ever you'll get caught in the rain. You can't walk around whenever it rains. The lake is also not attractive during rainy days.

Modern oasis spanning 33 hectares that is Baguio citizen’s escape from the chaos of the city. Named after Daniel Burnham who laid the plans for the city, Burnham Park is a paradise in its own right. There are a number of activities for kids and families and the park is alive with activity at all times. There is a children’s playground, a skating rink, rose garden, an orchidarium, a picnic area and a peace tower too. The park is spread around a lagoon where people like to take leisurely boat rides. Bicycling is another fun activity that can be enjoyed at the park.

We went to Burnham Park during the holidays and expect that there are a lot of visitors. The park is jam packed with tourists and locals. All sides of the park had activity areas from playgrounds, rentable bicycles, rowing of boat on the lake and even picnic area. Even though it is jam packed it is still walkable and there are still ample space for sitting and setting up a picnic area. We had a nice experience especially the weather is nice and had a very cold breeze even at the peak of the sun in morning

  • 4/5 Mike 6 months ago on Google
This is a good place to enjoy physical and bonding activities such as biking (bikes, go-karts, pedicabs, choppers), skating (roller skates and skateboards), boating, picnic, etc. There are food stalls around, so you can have a snack and take a stroll around the park. The only downside is when it gets too crowded, and there's not enough space to go biking around, as everyone occupies the road, and when the line gets too long for the boat ride. The ideal time to go to this place is early in the morning, or on days where people are usually at work and at school.

I will keep coming back to Burnham Park! I love this park, despite the many people, I still find it very calming, very refreshing, very close to nature. We went here on October, and the breeze and pretty cold. Foggy at morning and afternoons. It's close to the night market and session road, so it's really nice to walk. There are nearby police too, so it's safer. Amusement: - Paddle Boats - Skate Rink (opens @ 10AM) - Bump Car (opens @ 10AM) - Bike (rental fee of Php 75.00 for 30 minutes

Same good old Burnham Park only that it's quite dark on the lake part. What's special this month is the enchanting Baguio Christmas that can be felt there through the decorations and the lights on the other side of the park.

  • 4/5 jue k. 3 months ago on Google New
Too crowded when we went there. Traffic is really bad! Of course I expect that the price range of food and activities is very steep. Expect a lot of beggars roaming, some offering massages which I know is prohibited. But overall, my family enjoyed our visit especially the kids.

  • 3/5 Curious T. 3 months ago on Google New
It’s nostalgic to walk across the park. Brings back memories of my own childhood and my children’s childhood! The park seemed so much larger before… but now it seems a few short strides and we’ve gone from one end to the next. The popular biking and boating activities are still there. Fees are regulated and set at very reasonable levels. A lot more can be done to generate attraction to the park if there is more local govt investment or private partnership. It’s strange that there are no roses in the Rose Garden! A few kiosks are there selling some food items. Not thriving and lacking in activities.
