Tasty food, big serving and prices very reasonable. Parking can be challenging during lunch and dinner hours but İ promise, it is worth the trouble. Located at Baguio's Slaughterhouse compound. A must visit for anyone who travels to Baguio City. Must order are their Bulalo and Papaitan

A great place to go to when with a group. Though Balajadia gets filled up fast during lunch time. So better get there early. Value for money though the beef papaitan was lacks bitterness. And the goat meat in kilawin was rubbery tough and sliced bigger than usual. Nonetheless, dining in Balajadia is a good experience. Kudos to their staff who are attentive & quick in service..

Big servings! Ordered two days in a row since it's really good. Dinakdakan, pork inihaw, sinanglaw and bulalo are must tries. Make sure to request for condiments if it's for take out since they don't proactively include them.

Maybe I just expected too much but I left Balajidia a little disappointed. Their sign said "the best bulalo in town." It's probably more like the best bulalo in the barangay. Don't get me wrong though. It's not bad but I was expecting more after reading their claim. I did eat poqui poqui which is an eggplant dish as well as their kalderetang kambing which is stewed goat meat in thick tomato sauce and they were delicious.

Location: located at slaughter house near known restaurants such as Bakareta. However, expect traffic at most times especially peak hours and lunch times. (3.5/5) Place: interiors is just right, like a classic baguio resto. A little bit cramped during ny visit (full house). Definitely requires to have an overall renovation to get rid of the built smell over the years of operation. Parking is also cramped - one way in one way out.(2.5/5) Food: Our orders were all tasty and delicious. Have all the perfect amount of seasonings and recipe. Serving size's a little bit small for its price but complimented by the taste. (4.5/5) Service: Waiters and servers are definitely accomodating, but sometimes might just ignore you when place is full and busy. Must have a system inside the restaurant. I would also like to pinpoint the importance of giving out receipts to customers not just plain computation and payments. (3.5/5) Price: not all can afford it but definitely justified by the food's taste. (4/5) Overall: Good experience but there are still rooms for improvement. (3.6)

When you are done eating around the restaurants at the Session road, try the Slaughter House. You got to eat here with your friends and family! Pinoy food for sharing! They are open to serve at 7 AM.

Loved the food and service! They offer different kinds of GOAT, CHICKEN, BEEF, PORK, FISH and VEGETABLE dishes. Budget friendly without compromising taste. The only challenge eating in here is the parking. So you might consider coming early.

I'm glad we we're able to visit and dine here at Balajadia's. I got to taste their grilled liempo with chocolate sauce/dip. It really gets you to a whole new experience.

The food was great specially the grilled pork with blood dipping sauce. There was nothing special about the Bakareta but it was delicious and the beef was tender, almost melts in your mouth. The place was just like a simple kitchenette.. nothing much to expect.

On its own merits, their famed bulalo was good esp. with Baguio's weather. However, when compared to others we've tried, it's broth is not that super tasty and remarkable. What we loved the most was their grilled liempo. It's smoky flavor and meat firmness were on point.

very homey feels wc suits the lutong bahay food that they offer. affordable with servings that can fir to 4 pax. note that u may still need to put condiments & make 'timpla' the bulalo for more flavor bc i think its lacking a bit if you savor it right away.

Good food at affordable price. Fatty and tender cuts of beef is used in their dishes. Each order is good for 2 persons but can actually serve 4 heads.

The food was greeeat! We had sinanglaw, inihaw na pork with blood sauce and kaldereta! I highly recommend their sinanglaw and inihaw na pork with blood sauce. This eatery was recommended to us by our local friend in Baguio and was not expecting that their food is so delicious.. Customer service was also superb.. If you are looking for local dish I highly suggest this place.. just don't expect for the place to be instagrammable 😄

At Balajadia Kitchenette, the Bulalo steals the spotlight with its delicious flavor. Highly recommended for those craving a comforting bowl of soup, Great match for the cold season of Baguio. However, the Liempo falls short of expectations, as it's just above average and nothing special. Overall, while the Bulalo is a definite winner, havent tried the rest of the menu, will definetly be back!!

Loved the food still one of the best when it comes to comfort food. caution for people with health concerns but if you think you can manage go for it 😁

o Food tasted great. Huge serving for the price o Orders were served fast(Bulalo and sisig within 10 minutes) o Place looks decent resembling carenderia setting. Plus points for clean toilet

It's okay. There are better places for bulalo. They separate the meat from the soup so the bone marrow hardens and leaves a weird texture in your mouth. They should heat the marrow so the experience is better.

A local favorite. Very well known for their good food for decades now. Highly recommend their bulalo (who wouldn't). A bit pricey compared to other eateries in the city but you do get what you pay for as the food is always tasty and well prepared.

Great food. Highly recommended. I would recommend their grilled hito, grilled liempo WITH porks blood (like dinuguan sauce), kalderetang kambing, vegie ensalada, and bulalo.

Lots of innards and offal, not for the kitschy. Good inihaw, bulalo and Poque poque. I don’t eat brains, liver and most innards so I didn’t enjoy the other dishes. BUT you gotta love the price! Parking is bad

This is where I eat whenever I go to slaughter house. Always yummy. I always order the beef half half

This place is literally a hole in the wall. More so a carinderia. But don't let the facade influence you. The food here is nothing short of delicious despite the mediocre decor. I don't expect white collar people to come eat here, but if you want the best tasting goat dishes, then this place serves them. Be adventurous, try this place out!

It's not a fancy place. It's just a regular restaurant that serves local favorites like bulalo, papaitan, and the likes. Delicious food. Reasonably priced dishes. Place is full during peak hours so be prepared to wait. It is a bit difficult to find but ask the people around when you get to the area and they will point you to the right direction.
