We're too tired from a whole day of touring the city, so we've decided just to grab some foods here and eat at the hotel. This outlet is big and spacious with ample parking space. Nice and cozy ambience. The staff were very service oriented with special mention to Jhoana Lee ( oh, i hope i've remembered her name correctly! ). She was kind enough to give us every little things that we needed plus ice! She made sure our takeaways were complete and packed neatly. The service was fast. I couldn't say anything that i didn't like in this store. In fact, t'was my 2nd time here! First time was dine in! Good food, great staff and satisfying dining experience! ❤

Unfortunately i cannot rate less than one star, the food meh, salty and the drinks are too sweet.. just to balance, the service in this branch is awful. You try to make eye contact and call them politely but instead of giving you assistance they just ignore you and make you wait a lifetime. Never coming back, especially for one specific female crew that assist people at the entrance. So slow, not friendly at all neither polite.

Tried out the prosciutto parmegiano meal with some extra Black Seafood Pasta for me. Wasnt really expecting fresh scallops on it, just the usual frozen grocery variety. Pasta was a bot on the unfresh fishy side, with the tomatoes and some balsamic vinegar flavor to mask said fishiness. Love the pizza. Glad they only used a little italian flat parsley on the pizza. Service was, as always, a plus. Its always a good idea to visit shakey's kisad.

I ordered 2pcs. Chicken with rice. And yung rice is not cooked well, and the spoon we requested for 7 persons it takes a long time to brought it on our table. Some crews are have uncessary attitude towards us. Hopefully you get action to these.

I had better experience with this Shakey's than the one in Quezon city. Place was empty at lunch time?? But better food and service than Quezon City.

We had to wait for a table when we got here because the place was full. But the second we were seated down, we were immediately attended to. Our orders came really fast too! Thank you to the staff and managers!

celebrated my nephew’s first birthday here. the food was great and the staff are welcoming. whenever you ask for something they immediately give it to you. the other staff was even our host for that day. the food was great though i couldnt say the pastas are good since shakeys is not known for that but for the pizza they produce. we have been like eating a wide variety of pizza that day. we had take-outs too aside from the giant pizza. we even had to try pizza making.

Slow serving, we wait for almost an hour. The customer service is also bad. they smirk in their customer follow up order. This branch is so bad unlike other shakeys.

Has parking space, not crowded inside, the staff are accommodating, and the vegetable pizza has a generous amount of olives. Accessible to the market and the park. Reliable pizza parlor.

Still a favorite go-to especially for takeouts and deliveries on rainy or lazy days.

Very awful service. We have to wait for a certain crew just to take our orders. While others are just staring at the cars passing by. One male manager was too busy that he even called his staff just to give our bill. In fact, he's just standing right next to our table. People working here should have a morning exercise routine for them to be more customer oriented.

we celebrated my son's birthday at shakey's kisad.. The staff were friendly and food served was delicious.. I was looking forward though for the birthday song by the staff with matching tambourine, it was replaced by a birthday song recording and a single staff approaching with a sundae.. It was still a sweet gesture.. Thankful.. Though, what they do in the past is more personalized.. Thank you Shakey's

Our go to pizza place. Accessible by foot if you're coming from anywhere in the center of Baguio, or if tired from biking in Burnham Park just cross the street from Orchidarium. Staff is very accommodating and well trained.

I don't know why this is the worst shakeys ever. All shakeys are good and so tasty but this establishment serves the worst chicken and pizza, its so salty and there is a cockroach under the table. Im so serious and disappointed.

This was the day that my family and I had planned to go to Baguio it was February year 2022 and they are still very strict that time to allow visitors who have not registered online and they did not allow my family especially my aged mother to enter Baguio City, and I am the only one that have an appointment to get into Baguio City interior. So I drove myself up to PRC, the Google Map direction has directed me towards the street near to this Shakey's restaurant and I found it difficult to search for a decent parking space. Luckily I spotted this Shakey's parking area and I parked my SUV there, then I walked to search for the PRC building and I am really frustrated because the PRC building was so far away from where I parked. With a slopy road to negotiate and I need a thick face in asking where this PRC building is. Locals here are very helpful. Upon reaching the PRC building the security guard noticed that I was wearing a LA Lakers jersey without a jacket, so he told me to wear a jacket. Again I went back to Shakey's parking lot to get my jacket, OMG I was really tired that time, good thing the weather in Baguio was cold. After I got my PRC new License Card I walked back to Shakey's and as a gratitude to the free parking, I ordered Pizza and a Promo Card. It was an unforgettable experience. Went back to the Triage with my aged mother and family feeling cold, chilling, over the cold weather.

To be fair... The place was packed. But you can see the crew stressed and overwhelmed. I feel like the management can do better in training their crew to be still smile and be "happy to serve" specially when they have a number 9f customers flocking to their door.

Our second visit was a lot better than the first. The first one I have to constantly need to get the staff's attention to get my order, something I need, etc. She gave me some wet plates. I didn't complain but I was shaking my head. The second visit, the staff member was very attentive. They short-changed me 3 pesos but was ok. Ambience was great though!

Honestly, the place could do better. It's cheap food, with cheap quality and the service was subpar. I don't understand how it's so popular in the Philippines. I see branches of this everywhere, but the food is mediocre at best, and the service left a lot to be desired. We dined with a large party and had to always call to be served more than once, and waited an incredibly long time to be seated; about an hour and a half. The staff seemed like they were actively trying to not hear us and seemed to not like doing their job, almost throwing dishes onto the table when serving. I'll never visit another Shakey's ever again. For what it is, it's not worth it.

Poor customer service. The guy who served us was very arrogant and rude. We were just following up on our order since most customers who came later than us were already getting served for orders same as ours. The way he answered left all of us dumbfounded. "Hindi lang po kayo ang customer namin, maghintay kayo" he said in a very irritated and unapologetic manner. Our orders came cold and sad. Chicken was super dry. My gaahhhhhd!!!

Simple Shakey’s but very clean and very updated. They even have an automatic handwash area. Talk about hi tech! Food is already great! Especially their Friday’s Special (my favourite). Staff are so much more cheerful than Metro Manila branches.

Poor customer service. Servers didn't even ask us if we want any refills with our drinks --- my aunts got up and went straight to the bar and asked if they can have some water. My first and definitely the last time I (we) will ever set my foot (our feet) to this particular location.

Worst Shakey's branch I've ever been! They served cold pizza and fried chicken as if it was cooked hours ago then they just microwaved it! They even have the idea of shooting a video of customers for feedback expecting it to be good. We declined of course. Slow service and some staff are unfriendly. Only good thing about this branch is the ease of parking your vehicle.
