Dont waste your time with these guys at thus lication. Worst pizza delivery, staff and management! Always been slow takes hours to deliver. They dont know what there doing, where there going cannot follow simple instructions. Dont speak or understand english! Lack coordination. Claimed no manager present then later he Eric said he was the manager. I had to keep calling these incompetent people. Followed up on order from 6pm to 10 pm couldn't get order right who was delivering pizza etc. Then said pizza was being delivered within the hour. But the Kid returns to pizza hut with my order said couldnt find address. Even though i repeated my address and easy instructions how to get to our house. Manager Eric promised a new driver with 50 % discount. But lied noone sent! Told him how would I get your discount if pizza is not delivered? Just laughed. They have bad attitudes. Very stupid staff! They just laughed like it was funny that we got the run around from 6pm till closing. Another thing they rarely answer the phone. Been there. They just let it ring ignore calls. They dont get much customers staff just fool around and txting while on the job.

I was so happy to see a pizza hut. I am loving Filipino food but I needed a taste of home. They prepared it just like I was back in Canada. So friendly and the pizza was great.

Ate on site. Was happy when I walked out. Sadly one hour later my stomach wasnt happy. Just made it in time. So one scores because the food wasnt prepared hygenically. They service scored one for service they no it's not clean and one for atmosphere in my hotel where feel dreadful

Regular food. Service was just ok, just what you'd expect from a fast food chain, nothing special. They have no restroom. We had to knock and ask the hotel beside if we could use their rest room.

Ordered via food panda. The spagetti doesn't have meatballs but compensated with free drink. However the carbonara pasta is overcooked and mushy. We ordered a sausage stuffed crust pizza and only receive a regular crust. No mobile number to follow up about what happened. Very disappointing

Always a professional staff, food is fast and tastes good. It's a really nice establishment, and I will continue to go here time and time again.

The pizzas are great. Our go-to pizza dish is all meat and spicy pepperoni. The crust is crispy, dough is baked perfect, and the toppings are also nice and crispy, unlike some other pizza chains where the toppings like the pepperoni and salami seemed uncooked. This pizza place is small but quiet inside, located along Marcos hwy with very limited parking space in front and shared with grab & panda bikes. Busy hwy most of the time, but friendly staffs. The place is clean and tidy.

We ordered 2 pizza and 1 carbonara earlier. It took them 1 hour and 30 minutes to deliver it, but it is ok. My problem is the carbonara. The girl on the line said that the man who was in charge to deliver it accidentally dropped the carbonara. But, later on she altered her explanation and said that he just forgot to bring the carbonara. When we started eating the carbonara it tastes like sand and there are also pieces of paper (the box). It is very disappointing and disgusting. I mean we are human too, why would you let us eat it. So, I don't recommend this branch. 🤦

I just don't like the 10% service charge 😁.

There's limited parking space because it's along the highway but still, great food!

I'm very disappointed. The pizza I ordered was undone!! I ate flour / pastry with toppings. Besides that I asked them for no mushrooms!! 😠 1 star

Very poor service. We waited for 1 hour and 41 minutes and 4 follow-ups before we had our order delivered to our door. I won’t tell things in detail, but I was irate with the poor service. It’s not the fault of the delivery man to have delivered it late. It should have been the responsibility of the “hotline attendant “ to tell ask if the customer is still willing to wait when the committed delivery time has lapsed.. and definitely, the duty of the store manager or supervisor to monitor dispatch jobs .. sad to say , the manager/ supervisor on duty seemingly lacks contingency plan in cases like this ... it’s never an excuse to a “hungry” customer to say that there’s is only one rider “, or “ wala pa kasi ang rider namin”. One can always be apologetic, but this will never address the problem, Lalo na kung gutom na ang customer. This should have been a very simple case he could have easily handled by offering options...and not me, as customer telling options. With a very small branch like Baguio - Marcos Highway branch , I suggest that the store manager/ supervisor should be more pro-active. Sana sa liit ng branch, namo-monitor niya yong beyond delivery time at mag come up ng solution..(I,e, perhaps call the customer and ask if still willing to wait, or might like to just pick up, etc?) ..And yes...our place is not so far from the branch 😀 I do appreciate the other pizza delivery shops when they offer solutions like...”ma,am, huwag na lang pong bayaran ying delivery fee” .. sad to note, It was me who said “ will I still pay for the delivery fee” ..that’s when I was told “ kahit hindi na lang” Guys, it’s not a matter of how much delivery shall be waived for the delayed service...the fee was very minimal ... but sometimes, people need to learn from situations so they can improve their craft and become better.

The size large pizza is now medium size! The box is the same size but now the little pizza is much smaller than the box. The crust of the pizza is smaller, and that may a good thing. The crust tasted bad as if either the flour was too old, or the oil was old and rancid. I bought these pizzas to celebrate my birthday today, and this is the worst pizza I have ever tasted. The toppings were good, but the rancid taste of the crust spoiled the experience. I have three different negative experiences with this particular Pizza Hut. The first time was when it was raining and they refused to take my order and told me to call a different Pizza Hut. The second time was when I ordered and the girl taking the order said that I needed to pay an additional tip for delivery. Then today I ordered 2 large pizzas and discovered that the large pizza is now medium sized. Paying for a large pizza and getting a medium sized pizza makes this the most expensive pizza in Baguio. I've given up on Pizza Hut.
