Very
poor
service.
We
waited
for
1
hour
and
41
minutes
and
4
follow-ups
before
we
had
our
order
delivered
to
our
door.
I
won’t
tell
things
in
detail,
but
I
was
irate
with
the
poor
service.
It’s
not
the
fault
of
the
delivery
man
to
have
delivered
it
late.
It
should
have
been
the
responsibility
of
the
“hotline
attendant
“
to
tell
ask
if
the
customer
is
still
willing
to
wait
when
the
committed
delivery
time
has
lapsed..
and
definitely,
the
duty
of
the
store
manager
or
supervisor
to
monitor
dispatch
jobs
..
sad
to
say
,
the
manager/
supervisor
on
duty
seemingly
lacks
contingency
plan
in
cases
like
this
...
it’s
never
an
excuse
to
a
“hungry”
customer
to
say
that
there’s
is
only
one
rider
“,
or
“
wala
pa
kasi
ang
rider
namin”.
One
can
always
be
apologetic,
but
this
will
never
address
the
problem,
Lalo
na
kung
gutom
na
ang
customer.
This
should
have
been
a
very
simple
case
he
could
have
easily
handled
by
offering
options...and
not
me,
as
customer
telling
options.
With
a
very
small
branch
like
Baguio
-
Marcos
Highway
branch
,
I
suggest
that
the
store
manager/
supervisor
should
be
more
pro-active.
Sana
sa
liit
ng
branch,
namo-monitor
niya
yong
beyond
delivery
time
at
mag
come
up
ng
solution..(I,e,
perhaps
call
the
customer
and
ask
if
still
willing
to
wait,
or
might
like
to
just
pick
up,
etc?)
..And
yes...our
place
is
not
so
far
from
the
branch
😀
I
do
appreciate
the
other
pizza
delivery
shops
when
they
offer
solutions
like...”ma,am,
huwag
na
lang
pong
bayaran
ying
delivery
fee”
..
sad
to
note,
It
was
me
who
said
“
will
I
still
pay
for
the
delivery
fee”
..that’s
when
I
was
told
“
kahit
hindi
na
lang”
Guys,
it’s
not
a
matter
of
how
much
delivery
shall
be
waived
for
the
delayed
service...the
fee
was
very
minimal
...
but
sometimes,
people
need
to
learn
from
situations
so
they
can
improve
their
craft
and
become
better.
