Got to love Jollibee. Clean restaurant. Good quality food. Good value. Open 24 hours. They do have a bathroom on site.

DIRTIEST Jollibee branch I've been to! When we went there, though there were many available tables, I had to look for one that's clean. The tables were not wiped even after customers left. Many of the chairs were dirty; smudged and smeared with gravy, spaghetti sauce, ketchup, and chocolate. Tissue, receipts, and sundae cups were scattered on the floor. If the rain was not too strong, I would have chosen to have our food packed for take out.

Bought 8 pcs Chicken. Got home and discovered I only got 6 pcs of chicken.. Not recommended.. Beware and count the chickens before going out.. Update: No food panda delivery today (mother's day) so I had to go to this location again since it's close to our jeep ney terminal. I asked to count the number of chickenjoy before taking my order just to make sure but the manager (male) didn't even offer an empathy nor an apology for what happened and in fact he was surprised why I was given an extra gravy which I ordered and purchased without him looking at my receipt. What a joke of a customer service this manager is! I can't believe they've hired a guy like this who can't even say sorry. I'm not asking to get back the missing chickenjoys but man you need to refresh your customer service training or probably you haven't at all. Unbelievable experience today and I guess I need to look for other Jollibee location and I won't mind walking further just to get the best customer service experience. If I were u I'd avoid this place.

This Jollibee is situated at a nice location overseeing the busy Session Rd. It has a second floor with outdoor seating. Needless to say it sees heavy customer traffic on the first floor with people waiting and hanging around. I had to wait more than 20 minutes for food to be delivered. The branch has touch screen machines to order from but staff seemed unprepared to handle credit card payment. Dining area is a little dirty. Food is sad.

One of the many Jollibee stores in town with a small alfresco space at the second floor which I really enjoy because you get a view of session road. This place is always busy and service is very slow. No parking space at this branch too.

just beside mcdo veniz. the chicken is sooo gooood! it's great I should say 😂 unlike the chickens of some (if not most) Jollibees in Metro Manila that taste like a used oil. ps. we should practice to tidy up our dishes after we eat in ANY, YES I SAID ANY, fastfood or fine-dining restaurant. let us not feel entitled just because we purchased their products.

My visit to Jollibee in Session Road was equally enjoyable. Jollibee's classic Filipino fast-food offerings never disappoint. The flavors were on point, and the atmosphere was pleasant. It's a must-visit for anyone who loves Filipino comfort food while exploring Session Road in Baguio City.

Food is great as always. The automated ordering machine was missing the credit card machine, so it took 5 minutes to reset after I selected pay with card. Then I had to go to the counter to pay. At that point why bother with the automated machine? Outside seating was nice

Ordered at the machine, the payment wasn't working and had to pay at the counter. Then I waited for around 20 minutes to get the food, it wasn't that busy. Once I finally have the food the chicken is dry, not sure why I had to wait so long for an old dry piece of chicken. Then in the dining area they have a very loud announcement every 5 minutes to return your tray, which makes for an uncomfortable atmosphere. One of the worst fast food places in general

02/13/24 We ordered spicy chicken (they used chili powder which is strong)... Pineapple juice and iced coffee latte is good 11/15/23 We came here at night. Already a long line to the two order machines will greet you. The other machine doesn't even print your claim number so we just wrote it on a piece of paper, but when we gave it to the cashier the claim number cannot be found so we verbally said our orders. We ordered of course chicken (not juicy enough) , peach mango pie (really good) and the new cookie caramel sundae which is ok (nothing special).

There's always a long line because it is at the center of Session Rd. However, the staff are nice and friendly. The food is good. They serve it hot.

I Jollibee but because of slow service here I'd prefer to go to other branches.

Poor service. The cashier/crew was rude And our or was not complete they did not give us the fries that we ordered

Had a takeout of a bulk order and requested a pickup at a later time. They were incredibly responsive and had prepared everything right at the said pickup time. There were also assistants happy to help you in ordering and suggesting items at the touchscreen kiosk.

I love jabii.

Very affordable food

While ordering, we noticed that a lot of the crew that handle the food chat a lot without wearing masks... And the person who took our order wiped her nose with a tissue...and used that same tissue to wipe a tray...in front of us! 😨😨😨 She didn't even have the courtesy to tell us that what we ordered was unavailable. She just waved her ✋ hand...

Poor accomodation, unprofessional manager. worst.
