Simple but comfortable place to rest...very kind owner and staff.i recommend this transient to those who have tight budget... budget friendly,clean and comfortable..

Good accommodation. They (staff) are very nice. The rooms are clean and the house is easy to find plus its near Burnham park, the public market, the bus station and the mall around 5 to 10 minute walk. They have a good water system so no worries with water problem.

My stay here is terrible, the room is so small, I think it is only a room good for 1 person only. The only has a bed, pillow and blanket and nothing else. Not even a hanger to hang your pants. The towel is for P50 which is very wrong and there is no issued tissue paper soap or anything. Don't stay on this place.

For this price I would expect something clean at least but I have never slept in a room so small and dirty. Our night over there was horrible and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Accessible location (just a 5-min walk from Victory Liner's bus station) and just a few blocks away from 24hour Jollibee branch. Budget friendly stay-in for traveler's who just want to spend a few hours to get some sleep.

Near Victory Liner. Need an almost 2 kilometer walk to SM Baguio, Skyranch Baguio, and Jeepney terminals. Stayed in a room for 2 near the reception area. Our room have a very good wifi signal. They offer a variety of meals. Not satisfied with the room that we rented. 1200 for 2 persons. The heater for shower is not working. One damp towel is available for us.

Good accommodation, cheap and very near to the Burnham Park and other iteneraries. The only problem is that one room which is Room G1 has no door for CR and the heater is not working so we have to use the common CR which is outside the room.

It's mekolasan or something like this now. Very horrible room, not worth the price. Very unhygienic, doesn't even deserve 1 star. First time to feel this disappointment on a transient here in baguio. There's a better place than this, don't settle for this place if you don't want to be upset staying at Baguio.

I discourage people who are planning to stay here. Its a big NO NO. The room weve got was supposed to be a family room for 5 but is terrible. No electricfan, no heater, disfunctional sink and bathroom door. Stinky rooms dirty blankets. Seems they havent washed the blankets because there are hairs and tiny stones spotted around it. No housekeeping. No free shampoos and soap. And above all cockroaches. There are many more inns in the city offering cheaper but excellent services.

Horrible rooms not worth the price only thing good about it is if you arrived 4am in baguio and no place to stay.. oh and they dont give you free towel (50 pesos per towel) toilet is small and disgusting no door exhaust not working inside toilet..

Wifi is very unstable. No cellular signal around the area. Rooms smell weird, amoy Baygon. Ang init ng rooms, no fans provided.

We got very small room. It was described as a room for 1 or 2 people. We barely fit in a bed. Also there was a cockroach in our room. We asked if there is maybe bigger room available. They show us a different room with bigger bed and even bigger cockroach in the middle of it. Very dirty place. Stuff was also not very friendly.
