The location is good because it is just situated in the center of the business district. Restaurants and a 7/11 branch are accessible. However, when inside the room, it is difficult to fall asleep because of the loud sound of vehicles passing by. Their bathroom is also a bit small and has a vintage-y type of shower.

Not recommended for almost any kind of stay at this hotel. Dirty filthy rooms There is no exhaust facility in the wash room and the worst is your washroom ventilation is combined to your next door guest. Where you can hear each other and smell and if the ventilation mesh is cleaned then you probably see each other as well. Room along the road side is the worst possible option to stay. I bet that you can’t sleep until 12 midnight due to heavy traffic and loud cars engines and specially motor cycles with loud silencer. There are bed bugs everywhere Full of stains carpet and bedding’s.

they have plenty of parking space from their two level basement and it is free to those checked-in. food is great and affordable. room needs some reengineering on the plumbing since the floor drain emits a foul odor. it seems it shares connection with the water closet sewer draing and the ptrap is defective and allowed air to pass through on one room.

Only pro is the location since its near the city proper. DO NOT book if you want a good night's sleep, clean sheets, working hot water and sanitized bathroom. See pics. Dont be fooled by the fancy reception area, this hotel's old and grimey... We switched to a nearby hotel upon checking the room.

This hotel has been around when Baguio is not yet as popular and crowded as it is now. Basic accomodation at a very reasonable rate considering its accessible location. Walking distance from convenience stores (711), Mercury drugstore, fastfood (Jollibee), Giligans restaurant and the new Good Taste restaurant. There is a cafe (Cafe Melodin) and a Chinese restaurant accessible from the lobby of the hotel. Some of the room amenities may need a little fixing (example: faulty shower head; we requested a pale to compensate for it temporarily). Compared to other old hotels this one is still maintained well and is always clean. They have a handful of loyal staff that has been making their customer service as good as ever.

Its our staple hotel in Baguio. It has the basic amenities that we are looking for. It has its own restaurants in the first floor. The rooms are spacious. It allows us early check in without an extra charge. Its inexpensive. Its near burnham park. There`s a nearby 711, mercury drugstore, and a bunch of restaurants in the area.

where do i begin? the parking lot was okay, the check-in process was quick. but when we got to the room, the smell was musty. the bathroom ceiling had molds. the way the water came out of the shower head felt like it can bore through my head. it was also very noisy, we could hear people shouting at each other on the street below. we asked to change our room and they gave us another which was only a floor above. same problems. the next day, they gave us another room, quieter and more spacious. i do thank the staff for being accommodating, understanding and helpful. i hope the rooms get renovated.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding a recent incident that occurred at this hotel. Unfortunately, the level of service I experienced has compelled me to provide this negative review. On November 16, my Japanese husband found himself in need of assistance and since he is Japanese and I am Filipino, I choose to handle the situatation. I politely requested access to review the CCTV footage due to a concerning situation. To my dismay, the response I received from the hotel owner herself was nothing short of appalling. The receptionist who answered my call transferred my call to the person she introduced as Geraldine Ku and was introduced to me as the owner of the hotel, was not only unhelpful but also shockingly rude. Instead of addressing my request with professionalism and courtesy, Geraldine Ku began screaming and displayed a level of hostility that is entirely unacceptable in a hospitality setting. Not only did she refuse to assist me with accessing the CCTV footage, but the manner in which she handled the situation was disrespectful and unprofessional. Such behavior is entirely inexcusable in the hospitality industry. I understand that situations can be challenging, and guests may request assistance for various reasons. However, the lack of empathy and rude response by yelling from the top of her lungs are serious concerns that need immediate attention. As a guest who has experienced this level of rudeness and unprofessionalism, I feel compelled to share my experience with others to ensure they are aware of the potential treatment they may encounter at Baguio Palace Hotel.

The location is good, its near to burnham park and sm. But the service are not that great. Staff aren't shows hospitality vibe, they didn't also greet guest and accommodate questions and concerns. However, the facilities is giving vintage vibe. Restroom is not clean, there's a lot of dirt and algae on tiles even on the ceilings of it.

The room is okay. However, accessibility of wifi inside the room is frustrating, can't even get a 1 bar signal of wifi. The ads says it's free wifi but it's not. Lastly, staffs doesn't entertain you with your issues about the room, they are "it is what it is" kind of staffs.

The room is sad to stay in. The wood on the doors are chipped and has holes. The lighting is dim. The showers are bad. THERE ARE RATS AND ROACHES INSIDE THE ROOM.

We picked this place as the venue of our daughter's baptism and birthday celebration because I remembered my bestfriend celebrated her 18th birthday here and the food was excellent. I gave it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because the food is great, our guests love it. The owner is sooo friendly and helpful. They did the set up for the event. AND THE PRICE IS CHEAP.

Great service. Great breakfast. Great discounts for regulars. Hot shower works great. Water supply is well-managed! The Chinese Restaurant at the ground floor offers great food and great value for your money. My highly recommended dishes that I have tried are: Fish Lips Soup, Sea Cucumbers with Shitake Mushrooms, Patatim, Battered Chicken (Chokwe), Lumpiang Shanghai, and the Hototay Soup. The Filipino Restaurant at the ground floor offers great Benguet brew coffee and longganisa. The hotel is a bit old and the carpet on the musty side. Certain rooms (not all) at the 3rd floor are also haunted. I won't tell which rooms though. Lol. That's for you to find out for an exciting adventure.

In terms of customer service this hotel socks. NO Complimentary water , there are 3 of us staying with only 2 set of cups , glasses and only one key card , until I asked for another key card that requires a deposit … ( my experience? With 2 or more pax staying, 2 key cards were always provided) For the price we paid @5 k plus a night, breakfast wasn’t included. It was not explained to us. Staff at front desk not helpful and unfriendly. No extended help, or even to give suggestions where we can find a tour transportation that can take us to tourist spots or places.. I made the reservations via Agoda, I wasn’t aware there was a new building, it was the old rooms we had booked (not good ) bathroom floor was leaking, black molds in the ceiling in the bathroom, musty smell and the room was very dark… so we up graded to the new building, room is beautiful ( no refrigerator, just a chiller tho ) , nice TV , all brand new, but be mindful that if you request a cleaning up , ( there’s a button you hit for them to see it outside ) would only work if you have the key card still attached to the key hole inside your room, so meaning when you leave , since normally that’s when you want your room to be cleaned, you will have to leave your key in side the room? What?… so when I asked the attendant he said we should have told the front desk , AGAIN , was not told about this… We are not picky people mind you we have travelled near and far, domestic and international, high end and low end stays, 2 star to 5 star Hotel , what we look for is the welcoming and warm , customer friendly accommodations, after all it more fun in the Philippines 🇵🇭 .

Gave 3 star due to no complimentary breakfast included, have to pay 2 extra pillows for 20 pesos, no refrigerator, no kettle and only has 2 towels available. Try to reserve a room opposite the main street due to noises from traffic and people tend to hang out outside hotel drunk and makes lots of noises. Poor building noise insulation.

The location seems near but a bit far from the burnham park due to road arrangement , its cheaper but it takes around 15 to 20 min inclined walk away from the central park. The room is clean but quite old, hot and cold water is available, wifi is not good and no bidey on toilet. Recommended only for those who has private car

The location of the hotel is nice and accessible but my main concern is there is no hygiene kit, the lighting is poor and the shower knob is hard to manage to get the proper temperature.. My most concern is that We are out for about 3-4 hours and when we're back, the room reeked of cigarette smell, as the smell of a club. Not healthy to those who don't smoke.. Need renovation as the interior inside is old

The lady at the front desk has no respect. Immediately kicking us out of our room without our consent and reserving our room to someone else when we weren't even checking out yet . We never said we would. Another thing I want to complain was what was the point of getting internet when clearly it doesn't even reach the rooms! At least Mt. Crest Hotel despite its slow net it at least reaches the rooms. The people in Baguio Palace Hotel Has a horible personality. Suppose to be 0 STARS but i put one star instead

Come back here if the hotel has been completely renovated but for now stay away from it, our standard room didn't come with a drinking bottled water, basic toiletries, fan is broken, terrace door is broken, no AC, tv is a freakin CRT monitor, shower heater is so hard to use bathroom tiles are loose. The place is so gloomy. For its 2k price per night it's not worth it.
