Stayed here with family to celebrate last year's eve and definitely NOT GOING BACK. Poor parking space. Cockroaches everywhere. Wifi is not working. Staff's kids loiter everywhere(one kid is even a certified KSP). Bedroom door does not shut just because the bed almost hit the doorway.(like seriously?) WORST, owner/contact person cannot be trusted. If there is a way to record your conversation with her regarding inquiries/reservations,make sure you do. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

Beautiful place. The house feels like living in nature. With it's wood walls, Natural air source. And a customizable heater for a good shower. And the perfect view at the terrace. It's not too far to modernity because it has a full set of appliances, supplies, and with free WiFi.

The place is very nice - soon I will return to TIPTOP for the third time to visit Baguio - I live in it all my trip 👍🌹🌹 Thank you

If you want to enjoy the cold air of baguio then this place is your go-to spot. Very affordable transient home and the place was clean.

Accessible to convenient store, coffee shops, restaurant, tourist spots and many more . The house is clean and safe.

Loved my stay, the accommodation is beautiful! It's near enough to the city without being caught up in the city. Fantastic.
