Affordable place to stay for someone who's looking for on the spot accommodation. Elevator is not working when we went there last January 2017, so if you're on 6th floor good luck to your knees.

Stopped by at Mount Crest to get take out at the Mang Inasal.branch at the first floor. There's also a.gym one floor up and a bank beside mang inasal. The parking lot, though big, can be a nightmare to get out of.

Gloomy place. If you want the horror building / creepy hospital hotel feel then this is the place! I mean it is interesting in a way. Their elevator is so vintage it feels like your in a hospital from SILENT HILL!! hahahaha Kudos to the front desk "ate" with braces who gives a warm smile all the time!

Very clean room. Reasonably priced. GREAT FRIENDLY STAFF. Near banks, grocery, market, restaurant. Easily accessible to anywhere.

Very good location. Walking distance to the centre like Burnham Park. Inasal resto located on the ground floor. Jolleebee and Inihaw place just across the road. Queen size bed comfortable with good beddings. Toilet was clean. Plenty hot water for shower. The floor was dirty. Price was reasonable. P2500. Less senior discount for standard room. Parking available.

This is already a condemn building however you can depend on its durability , and also legarda rd is not a fault line. you can rest assured the safetiness of this building

Elevator not working, bad smell from the restaurant below, VERY expensive rate for a creepy, dumpy hotel. You'd feel sorry for front desk clerk who sits there exposed to the COLD draft. Try the transient homes instead at nearby Palma-Urbano barangay. They're mich cheaper, cozier and nicer.
