Great place! With wifi, all 3 rooms with smart hd tv hooked up on the internet and cignal hd channels. Kitchen with ref, hot and cold water dispenser, utensils, and 2 burner stove. 2 of the rooms have its own comfort room with water heater, terrace with coffee table set with great outdoor view. 1 common common comfort room also with water heater shower. Rooftop has a garden where you can hang out for a coffee/drink at night or a breakfast meal. You can ask the care taker for cab or arrange a tour (van and driver) at a very affordable rate.

Great experience here. The beds are plentiful and the kitchen is stocked with good quality plates and cutlery. The staff is very helpful and are always available. The neighborhood is quiet. The only downside is that the upper floor with the chimney has a smoke detector that always seems to go off when you light the chimney.

If you're looking for a transient house to stay in Baguio, this is the place to be.. It's your home away from home.. The view from the rooftop is awesome.. The caretaker and the owner are nice.. If you prefer the quiet and not crowded side of Baguio then choose this place.. Its a 3 storey building.. You can enjoy the view and grill at the rooftop.. There's also a parking space just infront of the house.. Just a reminder, there is no convenient store near the place so better buy all you need before staying there..

had out 4th stay here since 2013 a few months ago. mam marlene is as always very accommodating in my inquiries due to the added requirements going to baguio city. the 4-day stay was more than worth the distance travelled. looking forward to going back this March! hands down to the most hospitable place in region 2!

Accommodating staff but your vehicle must be prepared to the uphill climb and downhill terrain going to this area

The house is a bit far from any convenience store although there is a nearby mini store where you can buy some stuff. It is very big, good enough for big families. The caretakers were very friendly and helpful too! Just bring mosquito repellant because there were a lot of mosquitos during the night. Overall, it was a good stay and was amaze how big the house was.

Don't ever try to book on that Carmela Transient House. They will get your down payment and they will confirmed that they will accomodate you but, once you are in front of their house they will tell you that they are fully booked. 😡😡😡😡😡

I have been to baguio a couple of times and I would say that this is the best accommodation that we have so far! Thank you Ms. Kristina! I will definitely go back here again.
