You have blood on your hands, the impact you've now caused to her young child's life really hits to my core, its disgusting. He will not have his mother due to your negligence. Unfortunately this isn't the only patient affected.

This hospital was horribly disgusting. A couple who got in a car accident and an older woman needing oxygen were just some of the people waiting 12+ hours to still be seen. The staff is incredibly rude, put very sick patients in a metal chair in a freezing room with 30+ people for up to 24 hours of waiting. Not to mention the whole place smells like smoke. And 5+ nurses sitting on their phone at the desk not helping anyone. If -5 starts could be an option that would be this place.

This place is absolutely deplorable. My father was admitted as a patient and he was thrown into the emergency room. A tiny room with 8-10 other patients with raggedy scrubs and diapers. They put a diaper on my father and tied his hands to the gurney. He’s a diabetic and could have died at any moment with how terribly he was treated. They didn’t even have the courtesy to charge his phone or let him use a phone to contact our family. Luckily I was able to hop on a plane as soon as I heard about what was happening and got him out of there before it was too late. They denied him water for over 8 hours. They even told him that if he wanted his restraints removed so badly to chew them off with his teeth. I saw several other patients in awful conditions and I’m pretty sure a couple of them were dead, if they weren’t they were pumped full of morphine. For a place that’s advertised to be a fun destination the reality is that it is a nightmare. The nurses and doctors don’t care about the well-being of the patients. They want to make as much money as possible. If they can’t make money legitimately they’ll drug you and steal your cash from your wallet or your purse. But you don’t recall any scenarios because they drug you so heavily that you lose track of days. If I wouldn’t have rescued my father I don’t think he would have been able to make it.

I will never visit the this island. For an island like this one that brings in so much money in tourism why is the health sector not better dont the ministers healthcare is one of the most important area of running a country. So many people need to be fired the care being given is disgusting. Do better why so many people dying there for things that could of been avoided had management made sure staff took care of their patients. But no instead staff closing doors and leaving patients to cry in pain. Disgusting.

This hospital should be closed down for good. The nurses and doctors don’t care about the patients, the wait times are ridiculous, and many of the patients end up hurt or dead because they weren’t treated in a timely manner or weren’t given the appropriate treatments smh. A lady went there recently and ended up dying because she was never treated smh after being in the hospital for over 2 weeks. If you’re hurt or in pain go somewhere else because this hospital is a joke.

This hospital is in need of serious investigation. There are countless HORROR stories of neglect and malpractice. The staff treat and talk to patients with ZERO empathy. Id much rather stay home and DIE before checking in to this dreaded hospital. Patients are responsible for rallying up friends, family and whomever else for blood transfusions. WHY?!? PATIENTS FAMILIES ARE Rarely updated by the hospital staff sometimes. Dont beliebe me?!? search kenise darville on facebook. This lady DIED begging for this neglect to stop!!!

I would give zero star if it was possible! This is the worst place I’ve ever went in my life , no proper treatment for tourist , sat with my son 6 hours before the doc can take a look at the open wound on his head! Not even a stitch just a bandaid and sent us home , I feel sorry for the citizens who sat for 11/12 hours to get treatment ….

I hope and pray that I never ever have to rely on the subpar care provided by healthcare workers at this establishment. This review is doe Kenise, the 33 year old mother that had severe alterations in her platelet count. Her story is absolutely tragic. I’m not sure if it was a lack of knowledge, resources or care….maybe all that is responsible for this woman’s death. I want to know where it all went left. So many had a responsibility to this woman, and failed her. First of all, as a nurse you are the patient’s advocate. If your patient’s platelets are low you need to ask the MD the following: #1 Did you see the last platelet count on this patient?, #2 Are you ordering a platelet transfusion today?, #3 Do we know what is actually causing the platelets to be so low? #4 Are we going to do more test? If the MD is slacking the other players on the care team need to step it up. Did anyone within the healthcare team escalate the medical mismanagement ?Something isn’t right! This is unbelievably sad.

Med surgical ward west second floor , I've experienced advantage taken treatment from nurses ! *Not allowing out off sickening air conditioning for 10 days after catching a cold ! * Aggressive implements/statements about wanting the bed for gunshot & stabbed persons ! *Nurses lieing to security to create conflicts !

This place is an absolute disgrace. The Healthcare system in The Bahamas is complete trash. The nurses are heartless. There is no compassion here. To go to Princess Margaret Hospital, is to sign your death sentence.
