So
many
great
things
to
say
about
Happy
Hour
CrossFit!!!
I
have
been
to
many
gyms
around
the
world
and
always
feel
welcome
but
these
guys
have
been
incredible!
I
dropped
in
8
times
over
my
2-week
holiday
and
had
some
great
workouts.
Here
are
a
few
reasons
to
choose
this
gym.
Easy
to
book:
You
can
sign
up
and
select
your
drop-in
plan
right
on
their
website
and
then
sign
up
for
the
class
you
want
on
their
Wodify
platform
Easy
to
find:
We
stayed
at
Atlantis
for
a
few
days
and
I
was
able
to
hop
in
a
cab
and
get
there
in
5
minutes.
I
then
enjoyed
the
25
min
recovery
walk
back
to
the
resort
over
the
bridge.
For
the
rest
of
our
stay
we
were
in
Palm
Cay
and
it
was
only
a
20
min
drive.
Everything
you
need:
Equipment
is
in
great
shape
and
they
have
rowers,
assault
bikes,
ski
ergs,
rings,
a
GHD
machine
and
all
the
other
stuff
you'd
expect
to
find.
One
thing
to
note
is
that
the
roof
is
low
so
ropes
are
only
10
feet
heigh.
Great
people:
Coaches
Britt
and
Jared
were
very
friendly
and
welcoming.
They
are
great
athletes
and
you
can
tell
they
understand
the
movements
well
so
they
can
demonstrate
and
coach.
Gym
members
were
friendly
and
gave
us
some
great
recommendations
for
restaurants
and
things
to
do
on
the
island.
The
owner
Jamie
is
one
of
the
nicest
people
you
will
meet.
Always
a
smile
on
his
face
and
he
goes
out
of
his
way
to
great
you
and
welcome
you.
I
want
to
give
one
last
THANK
YOU
to
Jamie.
It's
open
season
and
23.2a
was
a
burpee
pull
up
/
shuttle
run
workout.
For
my
height,
the
pullup
bars
in
the
gym
were
either
a
bit
low
or
8"
too
heigh.
I
did
the
workout
on
Friday
on
the
high
bar
and
it
went
OK
but
I
felt
like
I
was
using
some
extra
effort
to
jump
that
heigh.
I
mentioned
it
to
Jamie
and
he
offered
to
move
the
bar
me!
I
redid
the
workout
on
Monday
and
got
15
more
reps!
Thanks
again
Jamie!
If
you
are
in
the
Nassau
area,
be
sure
to
drop
in
for
a
workout
at
Happy
Hour
CrossFit.
They
are
awesome!
