The New Duff has a wonderful baking bread scent as you walk in. We got to taste some great bread / guava duff which was a nice sweet creamy treat. They make & package their own hot sauces. We sampled those but you have to be careful how much you try. They start off sweet & the heat catches up with you a few moments later. They also have some great tea selections.

The New Duff is the spot to be!! It has one of the best breakfast sandwich on the island, I typically pop in a few times a month just to get it. The signature Guava duff is 10/10 recommend. Great experience!

The food here taste great, and leave a serious craving. I suggest the bacon egg and cheddar breakfast sandwich. I can say that this is the best sandwich in Nassau. The duffs are great as well

Great local spot for guava food. The cinnamon bun was warm and perfectly gooey. The pork buns, jerk chicken, and curry mutton were spectacular, best I've had on the island. Surprised it's not more popular given its closeness to fish fry. Grab a lavendor lemonade with 75% sweetness!

Definitely a must try! I had an mango hibiscus tea. You can taste how natural it was. We had the Guava Duff that was absolutely delicious! This place did not disappoint. Jules was awesome and very friendly.

If you're on Nassau, and you're looking for a place to try off the beaten path, get a taxi from the port and come here. This place is incredible. Locally owned by a young entrepreneur, the duff pastries themselves are delicious and far more light and fluffy than I would have expected for something descended from an English-style boiled pudding. They're far more like a Asian style steamed bao bun. Make sure to get it smothered in the rich butter sauce. Their savory style buns, especially the jerk chicken & ginger pork buns, are fantastic too. Get out of the main port area, and MAKE THIS STOP.

This place is incredible for a Bahamian classic- the guava duff! The owner is so friendly and happy to chat about his business, the family recipes, and the traditional way of making duffs. The jerk chicken stuffed bun was incredible- make sure to get it how he recommends, with the slaw and sauce!

My husband and I walked about 30 minutes from our port just to try this and it was worth the humid, rain and sweat! We had the jerk chicken bun and that thing alone was 5 stars! The spice of the chicken was well balanced and the veggies on top cut through that flavor well. We finished off the lunch with a guava duff and a banana duff. You would think that the sauce they put on it would be over powering and sweet but, no!! The guava duff tasted exactly what guava would taste and same with the banana. It tasted like fresh fruits! I'm so glad we went here.

The New Duff was awesome!! We came looking for smoothies but got much more! My wife had a turmeric latte and she said if you like turmeric try the turmeric latte and a tuna stuffed bun (pictured) it was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and just awesome. If you’re in town make sure stop at the New Duff! You won’t be disappointed!

I went here three time during my stay to grab breakfast and drinks. I got Guava duff, tuna stuffed bao buns, coconut french toast and they were all delicious! i loved iced dirty matcha with almond milk the most. I took them out and had at the beach. The store has cute cozy vibes and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at The New Duff! The owner took time to explain how Duff is made as we enjoyed several items from the menu. I highly recommend popping in.

Wonderful experience! The Duff pastry was tasty and hearing the story about the transformation of the Duff was bold, innovating and truly inspiring. This was such a fun opportunity to learn about the cities culture all captured through the sharing of the history at The New Duff. This was great, the customer service was terrific and the aroma of the Duff was amazing!!!
