I took my mother to this clinic after she was having severe knee problems. The doctor barely took anytime with her, told her to lose weight and to stay off the knee. Prescribed pain killers without a adequately checking. She returned for a second trip after the pain killers didn’t ease the pain... they gave more pain killers which only resulted in her feeling drugged and still in pain. She decided to go to a private doctor who immediately recognized she had swelling and discovered dead cells in her knee which started to form a massive clot. He removed it and the same day she was feeling relief and was off all those medications prescribed. Thankfully she was helped. Stop treating patients as if you are a fast food clinic! It is a total disgrace for such negligence. You took an oath to save lives not push people in and out your office like an assembly line!

I wish to give no stars to this facility. Money making machine. Staff is rude and unprofessional. You gonna spend hours waiting to see a doctor and after 2 minutes you are gonna be out of his office. Doctor told my husband that if he is not gonna take vaccine second time he gonna catch covid he is gonna be dead. Who does that? Getting a vaccine it's a personal choice. I'm not recommending this clinic. I'm not coming back.

Great facility, some of the nurses were great. It got 3 stars because the receptionist seemed bugged because of what I came for and where I worked. She rolled her eyes and gave a little attitude. That was bad customer service. Another reason why I gave it 3 stars is because the doctor seemed not intrested and annoyed by my illness because it was nothing major. But I paid my money to be sure, so He should of bin more professional. I was looking to establish a relationship with the clinic but I would not be going back. It really deserves 2.5 stars but I'll give it 3 because I can't speak on things they've done for others. Montague medical is the best so far hands down. From the staff to the service I give it 5 stars.

I took my son in to see the doctor, he was having some breathing problems along with the cough. The doctor asked whats the problem, i told him. He placed the stethoscope on my sons back, sat down n just started writing up prescriptions.... It was a complete rush, he took absolutely no time to properly check my son. I felt like I wasted my time and money and will definitely NOT be going back.

Doctor that assisted my friend very nice. The security was also nice.Registration desk was very vulgar with loud laughter. Found staff (cashier)to be rude dismissive and lack empathy as she wait for ten min for a $40 balance as friend was sent in ambulance. And when paid with a tip she replied " Miss u have my pen!

Yeah the receptionist downstairs can be cranky but I ignore her. A special big up to the Dental crew, especially the dental assistant- Theda/Theta ( idk sorry ) very calm and a welcoming spirit!

Always efficient, reliable, and skilled service to be found here. The lead physician, Doctor Basden is beyond knowledgeable and caring. All of the doctors are personable and treat you with dignity and respect. The facility rivals that of any first rate international or local medical facility. I have been a customer for decades. I am trusting them for decades more. They’ve never let me down.

The medi center is a health care facility that leaves much to be desired . For one i wish it was a hospital , in addition I wish they had a pre registration online so that their would be less waiting time. Additionally a cafeteria would be nice but this is wishful thinking .
