A great experience! We were able to kayak with the dolphins for about 30 minutes. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was pricey but that’s expected. We were not staying at Atlantis so we had to also purchase a day pass, which we were unaware of when booking months ago however so plan accordingly.

Fun experience swimming with the dolphins. The trainers were kind and patient. We were there in a small group and each had an opportunity to interact with the dolphins. A fun place to tour and learn about marine life in the area. We usually pass on the pictures they sell after the tour, but we couldn't pass this one up. What an amazing experience.

Definitely a must do. Be prepared to spend $250 for about 90 minutes with the dolphins in a group. If you want to observe out of thr water, it is nice at a cost of $18 per person. We had a fabulous time and everyone was so friendly. Boogie board as the dolphins push your feet, and hold on to their fin as they push you through the water.

This is beautiful clean and well train dolphins. Nice staff in the bar too. Expensive but worth it. Food and drinks are amazing. Needs a little be of pressure washer in outside areas like concourses and stairways. You need to walk a lot because it is huge. The pool and bars are magnificent. The staff is so wonderful. The taxi that brought us to there was cheap and clean. The driver is so honest and nice. Will be back for a week.

We did the swim experience and had a great time. Staff was great. The dolphins were amazing and seemed happy and well cared for. It is a very up close and personal experience with some fabulous animals. The pictures are the only downside. Getting digital prints of your experience will cost you ~$200.

I was so impressed with Dolphin Cay. We booked the play time with dolphins and playtime with Sea lions. We took our 3-year old and she loved the experience. Both were fantastic. The dolphin area has a sandy beach with a gradual incline into about waste deep water. This allows you to stand near the drop off while feeling safe. The dolphin can swim up and and around you for a wonderful and interactive experience. Our daughter loved being up close with the dolphin. We also booked the Sea Lion experience, which for us, was a one of a kind encounter. The sea lions are big and we had just never been that close to one before. You get into the tank and can actually swim around with them. Our daughter took her swim goggles and was fascinated as she watched them swim inside the pool. They have a wonderful set up where you can get a variety of photos next to or side by side with the sea lions. Our daughter has a YouTube channel called the Victoria Kids Show and we'll put the full video up there detailing the full experience. Thanks again for a wonderful time. Our daughter has a new appreciation and understanding for taking care of animals on our planet now.

My kids enjoyed every minute here with the dolphins. I enjoyed watching dolphins on the beach. Staffs are so nice and friendly. If you have young kid, do the young trainer program. My son loved everything about it. It’s a memory for life.

We loved our Swim in Wonder session with Cosmo & Hercules!🐬 The trainers, specifically Wally, were awesome and super entertaining! I do, however, wish to warn those planning your excursion here on the following: The only photos taken during your session are by one of the Dolphin Cay photographers. Your personal cameras and phones are not prohibited. After your experience, you are welcome to see and purchase these if you’d like. The cheapest is 5 digital photos for $110! This was a bit absurd after paying such a high amount for the experience itself. Just a gut punch, that I’d like to let others be aware of! Other than that, definitely would recommend this to everyone!

Dolphins are so cool 😎. If you do go. Remember, you'll need to thread water for about a half an hour. They have life preservers. I highly recommend it. Other than that, it was awesome...

Overpriced & overrated, like most things at Atlantis. The dolphins were great & the trainers were nice. But I’ve done similar experiences at other places that cost the same or less & allowed a lot more interaction with the animals. The price of the pictures is enough to ensure I will never bother with another Dolphin Cay again. They weren’t even good pictures. And of course purchasing theirs is the only way to get any. Ridiculous.

Well… don’t even know where to start from , because it was a such a bad disappointed experience from start to finish… The most expensive and disappointed dolphin experience.Staff was very strict. At first what surprised me, I didn’t know we going to be with other group of people, which it means the given time it shared… The trainer what we been given was rude, unfriendly without any patient ,you can see how he just wanted to be done quickly with us and get another group of people…My husband went first to be pushed by the dolphins, myself and our 6 years old daughter followed him, without expecting that suddenly from being very shallow we will get into the 10 ft deep water, since we haven’t even been warned by the trainer. I am not very good swimmer I was wearing a lifejacket ,so myself and our daughter got very scared, since the trainer didn’t warned us that suddenly from being shallow goes to I think 10 ft deep. So, the trainer started to yell, that we holding the line…When our 6 year daughter lie down on the water to be pushed by the dolphin, the dolphin wasn’t cooperating,so the trainer just said she has to move out of the way for the next person to go, and when the dolphin came back to him, he told the dolphin “ don’t worry it not your fault it’s the girl’s fault “… The next one ,we had to hold 2 dolphins by their dorsal fins and swim with them, so I was little bit uncomfortable since I am not a good swimmer, again, haven’t even been given a chance to do it,to feel more comfortable,he just started to yell for the next person on line to go…So, I didn’t go…Our 11 years old daughter while was swimming with the dolphins her goggles came off in the water, so the trainer told my husband to go and find them under the water, my husband said that he didn’t see where they went, after what the trainer said to our daughter “ you going to swim without goggles, then…”The whole group went with the another trainer towards the middle of the lagoon.I end up staying at the beach. When everything was over, our group was coming back towards the beach, so I asked our second trainer since i didn’t swim with them and missed other part of the program, can I at least touch the dolphin , her answer was “No, the dolphins has to rest now…” So, I was in the such a shock after paying all this money, to have experience like that.Even my kids and my husband who was able to experience everything, didn’t like it ,because the trainer had a such a bad attitude… And the whole experience last not more then 3 minutes, so if you don’t want be disappointed like we are, spend this money for something different…

The staff was wonderful and I fell in love with Nahema!!! This was a great experience that I highly recommend. I asked for a special request from our photographer and the Manager obliged!!! I haven't received my email yet, but probably because I'm on an island writing this review. I can't wait to go back!!!! Thank you to everyone for the hospitality! The associate that helped me with my package did an amazing job in customer service but I was bad and did not get her name. The entire staff was so happy and pleasant and the dolphins were a treasure of memories that will last a lifetime!! Best birthday ever!!!

This ISN'T animal protection, it's EXPLOITATION. These beautiful creatures are prisoners for human entertainment and kept in tiny enclosures. Why not travel somewhere where they will be happy to swim with you freely, not forced to - there are many. Please think before you book!

We did kayaking with the dolphins. It was a great experience until the end when the guy directing us ripped into us because my wife put her hand in the water for a second to clean them off. He accused us of lying to him about touching the water. We were smiling because we had a great time and he goes I am glad you think this is funny but you touching the water ruined their training. He then stormed off without saying good bye or thanks for visiting. He basically ruined the entire experience by making us feel terrible about something we did not even realize we did. Very unprofessional way to treat customers.

Went last April and the experience is absolutely amazing. We did the snorkeling with the Dolphins experience and it was awesome. We went when the pandemic was forcing limited people at a time so me and my wife got the entire experience to ourselves (which is preferable for both of us). The people were amazing and the dolphins were so much fun and well trained. The trainers were very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information as they helped us. We even got to stay in the water for extra time with the animals due to no other groups at the time. It's a little pricey but it's a once in a lifetime experience so it's well worth it. I'd highly recommend anyone who goes to Atlantis to try this experience.

Please do NOT support any place that has animals in captivity. It is exploitation. PERIOD. If you are paying these people to see these animals in a confined space, it is EXPLOITATION. The only humane way to see any animal -- is in the wild. No excuses. Learn about animals on TV or in books. This is not the way to do it.

Best place to visit. Even without a ticket you can sit at a table and see dolphins leaping out of the water. I got a picture of them playing with a ball on their own, outside of the trained-and-fed activities. Cool option for the kids: raise and shine around 7am.

Amazing experience. We did the play time with sea lions activity, and boy, was it fun!!! Our guide was Stevie (and I would do it with him again). He was amazing! Funny, witty, playful, professional, generous, and very knowledgeable. He shared all he could with us. We went to the kitchen, the laboratory and the pools in the back. The sea lions were Moxie and Sunshine. Suuuuuper cute, smart and friendly. We had a chance to pet them, feed them, play with them, smile, and take LOTS of videos and pictures. Would definitely recommend this if you’re around. Yes yes yes!

This experience was pretty awesome the instructors were so sweet and funny. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because most of the staff are so rude. They don’t care about you or why you’re there because they already got their tip. They don’t make you feel welcomed and they completely ignore you when you ask them a question. Overall it’s pretty fun the staff just needs better training in manners. Lastly the pictures they took weren’t the best pictures and they were pretty expensive. It was 7 pictures for 200 and they were okay pictures I could’ve taken better pictures on my phone

I had the pleasure to do the rise & shine experience with the dolphins. Overall, great experience. The instructor was very friendly and got the entire group immersed into the experience. Making jokes with the dolphins and splashing us (very refreshing). I think this experience was well worth the money. The gift shop doesn’t open until 9am, so to purchase photos that the photographer takes, you’ll have to wait until the store opens. They take good photos and give a variety of different shots from the entire time in the water.

I had a great experience at the dolphin cay. They have the dolphins do tricks like flips and you get to feel them. They are super cool and they have a photographer taking photos for you.

Dolphin Cay at Atlantis is a must-visit destination for families looking for an unforgettable experience with dolphins. Even with a 2-year-old son, the friendly staff and engaging activities make for a memorable and enjoyable visit. One of the standout features of Dolphin Cay is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They are knowledgeable about the dolphins and the experience, and are always willing to answer questions and help with any needs. For families with young children, there are several activities designed specifically for toddlers, such as the shallow water interaction, where kids can play in the water with the dolphins in a safe and controlled environment. In addition to the dolphin interactions, there are also several other activities for families to enjoy, such as the beach, aquarium, and water park. This makes for a full day of fun for everyone in the family. Overall, Dolphin Cay at Atlantis is an excellent destination for families with young children, offering friendly staff, engaging activities, and unforgettable experiences with the dolphins. Whether you're looking for a unique and educational experience, or just some fun in the sun, Dolphin Cay is a must-visit destination.

We went there by water taxi for 5 dollars and came back by taxi for another 5 dollars. They have casino, hotel, beaches and more. Is nice to go there!

My fiancé and I had a great experience swimming with the Dolphins. However, we were extremely disappointed in the pictures at the end. They force you to purchase a minimum of 7 pictures for over $160.00. If we had 7 great pictures I would not be so opposed to capturing these moments. We were only satisfied with one picture while the rest were random pictures of us with the group. We were barely visible in the photos and not at all able to justify spending that much money to see another family more than us. There should be no requirement to buy 7 pictures minimum or at least take better pictures of each group together.
