Started off with a little confusion they didn't have our paper work, BUT in the end I had an amazing time. We swam with Goombay and Andros and they were absolutely adorable. Our tour guide was very funny and personable. He told us a lot of cool information about the facility and all the dolphins that were there. Knowing that they have time to go to the ocean was very sweet and I'm glad they like their home. I got to swim with flippers and free swim with the dolphins. We also got to make them do some cool tricks and see them do some jumps. We also got pictures for free and that was a wonderful extra bonus. We also got to see the parrot named Jessica.

Great experience with no regrets. The price was affordable, since I booked a snorkeling and close dolphin encounter. This is an activity that anyone at any age can enjoy. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They made my mother, who was fearful of snorkeling, comfortable enough to get in the water.

I don't think I ever wrote a review when I visited in 2015, so I'm doing so now. Having a nostalgic trip down memory, spurred by Discover's Shark Week. We, my daughters and I had an AMAZING experience here. We came specifically for the diving. I was already PADI certified but both my kids, at 14 & 15 did their final checkout dives here with Shelly. The boat dives, dolphin experience and the shark dives were all amazing!! Extremely professional staff and AMAZING adventures. I look forward to going back sometime soon.

My husband and I did the dolphin experience and it was so worth it. The dolphins look happy and healthy and their environment is clean and natural. The trainers were knowledgeable, fun, and professional.

We went on a snorkeling and dolphin encounter excursion on a carnival cruise. The staff were extremely friendly and made sure that everyone had a great time. I was hoping to have more of an interaction with the dolphins than just being able to pet one as it swam by, but other than that these guys did a great job! The views on this excursion were amazing!

While the dolphin experience was good, i am very disappointed in all the trouble I’m going through just to get our pictures from the experience. My encounter was on November 15, 2022. They told me the pictures would be uploaded later that day. I have called every day for the last two weeks and email several people asking them to please resolve this issue and nothing has been resolved yet. I keep getting the runaround and people telling me to check back later that day and nothing has been resolved and one one is even following up on these unfulfilled promises. It’s also very disappointing to see other people’s pictures uploading every day and yet my encounter from 2 weeks ago have yet to be uploaded.

Best experience of a lifetime! The Dolphins are so sweet, Beautiful, smart and so soft. I would swim with them over and over again ❣️❣️ Trainers and staff are absolutely Awesome❣️❣️

Amazing experience. We booked the Dolphin Swim through Carnival and it was great! All the staff were friendly and considerate. They seemed to genuinely want us to have a good time. We had much more time in the water with the dolphins than expected. We were given the opportunity to swim with the dolphins, help demonstrate some dolphin behaviors, take pictures, and watch some tricks. The dolphins even jumped over us! It was one of the best experiences ever and would definitely recommend this company/excursion to everyone.

The actual encounter was great. Our guides were very knowledgeable and wanted questions asked. Do not expect pictures. There is a QR code to go online to order and only 1 of our party of 9 was uploaded. They took individuals of all of us with the dolphins and a group photo, but only one will have a photo memory. You're not allowed to take your cameras or cell phones down to take pictures of others since 'they' will be doing that. I tried reaching out via their FB page which says call our number or email. Did that twice with no response. This was a 1st time experience for all of us and now we have nothing to share with each other. If you're looking for photo memories, i would pass this place by and find another place.

Wade & Glen were awesome! They went out of their way to make my son feel special for his birthday. Both trainers had great positive energy, they treated everyone with kindness along with professionalism as well. My family & I enjoyed our time there today. Extremely grateful for the experience! My husband and I had THE best experience swimming with the dolphins! The staff were very nice and polite and you can really tell they truly love and care for the dolphins. It was an experience we both will never forget!

Amazing, Wonderful Experience!!! I did their program TRAINER for the DAY! It was the Most Amazing Day and Life long Dream come true to interact with Dolphins! Monte and Raguel were the trainers that worked with me and they were funny, patient, kind and obviously Love the Dolphins! The Dolphins are healthy, happy, well cared for and excited to meet new friends! With this program I helped prepare the Dolphins food, join in with another groups dolphin interaction, train a dolphin and swim with Dolphins! I could not imagine a more Fulfilling experience. This is a MUST do when visiting Freeport!! Highly Recommend! A+++++

Great dives. My son's and I went on a two tank dive with this group. Very professional while also personable. Captain and Dive Masters were friendly and clear on expectations. Highly recommend.

We did the dolphin encounter with the guide Monty. Such a great experience. Very hands on. Our 6 year old loved every minute, and Monty went out of the way to make sure everyone had a great time.

Me, my husband, and 3 daughters were on a Carnival cruise and chose the dolphin encounter with UNEXSO during our stop in Freeport. It was the best experience! The staff was very knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining all things related to dolphins as well as answering all of our questions. It was obvious how much the trainers care for the dolphins and how much the dolphins thrive under their care. The excursion lasted quite a while. We never felt rushed or hurried. It was a very relaxind day with the dolphins!

We visited recently and did the Dolphin Experience. It was awesome! The trainers were great and answered all the questions you had. I learned so much about the dolphins. Everyone got an equal opportunity to have the same amount of time in the water with the dolphins. Great experience!

This was an awesome and fun experience for the family! You get to swim and touch the dolphins. You learn simple hand commands to help you interact with the dolphins. The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend especially if it is on your bucket list!
