Room is clean and specious Service is decent But there is no hot water in the bathroom .. manager offered to provide hot water bucket which was not enough as we craved for hot shower after getting wet in the rain and in chilli cold temperature ... It brought the mood down ....as its a basic expectation after paying moderately high price for the room ..

Very good atmosphere. Good room service. Problem with hot water... Restaurant is good and hygienic. Food test is typically Kolhapuri... Enjoyed 😃

The rooms are good, the food is delicious and the service is prompt. The overall ambiance is pleasant . Considering the tarrif, the hotel is good.

Tried Hill Top restaurant for Lunch which was the WORST food experience ever by the entire family. Bad taste of Maharashtrian items coupled with Very Poor service. There are much better restaurants at Panhala than Hill Top.

This review is based on my 2nd visit to Hotel Hilltop in Panhalgad, Kolhapur. My 1st visit was in November 2018. It's truly a remarkable resort. Beautiful landscaping, gardens, birds etc...absolutely exotic. The food is amazing, although we had to specifically request for non spicy food as authentic Kolhapuri cuisine has fine diced green chilly in practically every dish they make. It's a must visit resort. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Parking is available & totally secure. Water in the resort faucets is hard, so avoid drinking or washing hair. WiFi and data connectivity is bad. I highly recommend it. Kudos! 🙏😊

We stayed overnight in August... didn't expect much from Panhala n from this hotel but both surprised us ...it was lovely weather

We booked room 101/102 for 24th & 25th March. They forced us to take complimentary breakfast and It was a worst experience with food. They served expired food like bread and misal. We asked to change it but again he fed us the same bread. I suffered a food infection immediately after leaving the hotel and I had to see doctor in Karad. They were providing complimentary breakfast like doing a favour to people. I couldn’t continue my travelling to Mumbai. This is sheer nonsense from the hotel management. Shame on you guys…Do not kill the people for sake of few bucks.

Forceful breakfast inclusion in the package, No clarity of item available for breakfast by waiter, neglected service, worst and rotten food items served and no remorse. Faced food infection after having this dirty food. Avoid the food if you still want to go there !!

Located in a prime tourist area, this is a well known landmark hotel on Panhala fort. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Good options are available for various accommodation needs. Good restaurant and equally good service. The area is well maintained lined with trees and lawns. Ample space for parking. Overall a good experience.

Looting the customers with high price. The food is not upto the mark. If you are demanding 80-90 rs for uttapa and 25 rs for tea, atleast you should deliver the quality and taste for that price. In a nutshell exaggerated price with poor taste. Not recommended at all

The hotel management does not allow thier washrooms for outsiders they only allow to the existing customers in restaurant which is illegal

Stayed here with family of 4 for Rs. 6100 (super deluxe AC room).Rooms are very spacious and clean. Service was good and staff was friendly and helpful too. Just the room with food package I found it a bit costly.

Poor service They disturb at night calling wrong rooms. No range to mobile as it’s a hill station but no Wi-Fi at rooms. So u r stuck in today’s world where you need to be connected. Untrained staff Rooms are good but service poor and very very overpriced. PREFER HOMESTAYS AT PANHALA Rather than this overpriced place.

Always favorite hotel of Panhala since last many years. This time visited after Teo years of course due to Covid outbreak. Excellent location, very good staff and fantastic service. Above all, food is absolutely delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed.
