The Four Seasons Bahrain was phenomenal and truly lives up to the brands standards. The level of attention to detail and service is top notch. The hotel strives for greatness and goes above and beyond to offer impeccable and truly top-tier service. Staff so well trained helpful and polite / friendly, cool bar, nice pool, amazing rooms. Very happy to stay here again and would highly recommend. Well worth a visit.

Exceptional hotel. Several restaurants of great quality. Opulent rooms which were immaculate and to a very high standard. A spa area for both women and men separately with unisex indoor and outdoor pools. The staff we extremely helpful and friendly especially Helen and Phil. We came as a couple but could happily come with the kids next time. Highly recommended.

What an experience! In a nutshell, the service, accommodations, and the setting was amazing! Every member of the staff was super helpful and went out of his or her way to assist with anything. From the smallest details the service was immaculate. We stayed in the executive suite, and the suite was beautiful and really exquisite. We had a view of the bay and it looked great at day and at night. We went during the month of Ramadan, but the service remained on the same high standards and the food was very very good. Everything was made from scratch and used good ingredients. The lamb chops and chicken are a must try! The beach was very well maintained and very clean, although I would say that it’s not really populated and most go to the pool. The spa facilities were amazing as well! Price is a bit steep but well worth it. Overall an amazing place, and most definitely would come back!

I am trying to find a flaw in can mention. There is none. Amazing property, spotless clean, friendly professional stuff all around. We, couple traveled 100+ countries, of course Four Seasons is high end, but this property deserves special review and recommendations. Loved every hours staying there. I am very disappointed as the service deteriorated since three years. This is not the the standard of four season hotels. For client to be humiliated. The lack of respect I encountered when I was trying to reserve table in the main lobby. I wasn’t welcome in the outside tables though there were more than 5 empty tables. Based in their request, we were directed to one table inside the main lobby area. I was shocked that they asked us again to move after being seated and after we placed our order. We were asked by two staff in a row to move out from the table and were been told you can either move to another table or cancel your order. This is not acceptable and it does not resemble the quality of how 5 starts hotel should be. No one care and I was never asked or called back to rectify their inappropriate actions. This hotel deserve no start for their attitude and disrespectful behavior. I wont go back again. I will not recommend it to any one. Poor service and poor response to complaint even after talking to hotel manager.

My Favorite Hotel in Bahrain, Great location, Amazing interior and decoration. The security team was a great help to Me, I forgot my AirPod’s there and Got them the days after. I had also a dining experience in the Lebanese restaurant by the bay- Great food, they also have Shisha.

Its built on an exclusive island in the heart of Bahrain Bay. Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay has its own access and amazing sea view, parking lot and beach access. Great place to be in. Food is great as well as hospitality. Must visit hotel in town.

Amazing view, quite also you could enjoy the beach and could walk to the Bay which has nice cafes and restaurants. Also boat ride to avenues don’t miss it. The lobby also has great vibes. Lounge with music and the view of the pool and beach lovely.

I’ve been to all four seasons over the world and this one is the worst , I had an incident with the security guy who was very rude and aggressive and take it very personal , he was giving me a very hateful look and disrespect me even tho the incident not worth it , No customer service here at all they will treat like you are staying for free , people here are disrespectful and rude , so violent and they just want to fight. I do Not recommend this hotel at all

I have tried this hotel more than 5 times at least, I am in love with four seasons hotel, in Bangkok, Cairo, Dubai, Jakarta and Bahrain. You will enjoy the hotel very much , lot of activities that you can do in the hotel, cafe, restaurant, Spa, shopping, swimming, enjoying the beach. There are many types of rooms, try to get the City view, it is better.

It was an amazing stay with my kids . We had connected rooms with a beautiful sea view. For the kids room,they offer coloring books,lollipops, welcoming note written on the mirror for the kids . The hotel has lovely water park, kids club and beach club. The spa also was great. It was really an enjoyable wonderful stay . I loved it . Thank you so much four Seasons Hotel.

Well designed and located hotel you feel like you are walking into an art museum. Everything is perfect in this hotel except 2 things: - concierge service is below average. You feel like you are dealing with 2-3 starts hotel concierge. - the charge of the valet even if you are staying in the hotel!!

I have stayed here for years and loved it, but now everything has degraded. You have to pay for valet parking, they don't bring your delivery food to your room (even when I have a disability), food from room service was terrible it was so salty I couldn't eat half of it (and I usually love my food salty) and the meat was so tough. The restaurants were at least 40% more expensive than 2 years ago. The room is good and clean, but otherwise not a great experience

Overall experience with Four Seasons was amazing, location, facilities, service, quality of food and beverage selections. if it is within your budget don't miss :). I still don't understand the temperature check 300 meters outside the hotel before the entrance but it was not too bad

Gréât facility, three swimming pools, terrace has a great view. But the food is shockingly below average, room dining is not up to the standard. Gym has wide range of machines and classes. Pool area is breathtaking, and they have water taxi to Avenue mall. Overall our experience was outstanding. We are definitely coming back again.

I checked out today from room 1517 with a Rolex bag on the trolley and they seemed to have “misplaced” it even though it’s no where to be found, I have an item of value in the bag and I’m 100% sure that its in the hotel. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with their lost and found service which has been no help. I would’ve expected more from a 5 star hotel

Extraordinary from all aspects. Luxurious experience starting from the check-in until the checking-out. Starting with the receptionist, He upgraded my room from deluxe to premier complying with my preferences, since I asked for none smoking room. It was one of the most easiest and fastest checking-in experience I had ever. The room view was quite nice to Bay and the Avenues. The furniture were amazing modern classic with a magical colors combinations, the scent of the room was nice, the bed mattress was WoW and the set of pillows were awesome. The bathroom area was luxurious and with great space. The whole hotel staff were welcoming. The pool area was so beautiful, the beach was clean. I loved the wooded fairways and the lovely water taxi service. I had dinner on CUT. The food was delicious but the staff were little annoying and it’s require advanced table reservation even I noticed some of it without guests all that night. Also I tired RE ASIAN CUISINE. The food was average but the staff were fabulous. Last but not least, I had brunch on Bay view and it was good. The hotel guests were reflecting the cause of the luxury it has.

Been for the Christmas afternoon tea in December 2022. No need to mention that as soon as enter you are welcomed from a caring and attentive personnel. They show you the place and let you choose upon availability the seating of your preference. Since it was under Christmas time, I really wanted to try their tailored afternoon tea. The manager explained in details what it contained and how it would have been presented. As it arrived, the presentation was unique, with christmassy presentation. The quality of the food was good, both savory and sweet. Plus, you can do the refill of the tea as much as you wish. It is a nice place to stay a little longer to just enjoying the atmosphere by reading or just relaxing. Four seasons is the place to do that and it is always a pleasure to experience their service. Ramadan Tent experience wasn’t pleased, Its over rated compared to the price . Service was low . Waiters were not managed well, each several table should have a waiter at least to serve and take care of customers need. I didn’t like the general lighting. Table’s should at least have candles or lights . Chairs wasn’t even comfortable. The only thing i like was the Food. Thank you.

Great hotel, they had the Christmas brunch running, it seems a great party with live music etc. The hotel is stunning! Certainly one of the best I have seen in bahrain. Unfortunately the 50th floor was closed in afternoon, I want to try it out.

Very nice property with excellent food and impeccable service. Expansive pool area and beach club. Separate adult pool. Only negative was the water taxi which seemed to run sometimes but then sometimes not. Perhaps better to take a taxi to the Avenues.

Had a celebration dinner at the Re Asian Cuisine. Service was ok, food was nice, although overpriced. But one goes to Four Seasons for the experience, so the high bill was expected. We, however, did not expect to receive a poor service from the valet on arrival. This is not the legendary Four Seasons service you hear of. The guy on arrival treated us like like were unworthy of being there and warned us the valet parking is chargeable. We told him we are here for dinning and are happy to pay after. He right away demanded us to pay with a card as if we could run away later. Made us feel awkward staying at the entrance with our card. He refused to take away our car before getting paid. At the restaurant we were told payment of 5 BD is normally taken after the visit not to affect the overall experience. Funny enough, aparently there is a free parking available but the valet guy obviously did not care to share that info. Don't think i will be back to the hotel where you expect an impeccable service and exceptional welcome but receive a treat of "pay now, before you permitted to enter"

I love the place, great service. They give good attention to kids needs. Starting from room arrangement, summing pools, kids club, etc. highly recommended for family with kids up to 10 years.

In general, the four seasons hotel is great - the experience is always fabulous, my last stay was a celebration for my third new born son, and the hotel did a beautiful setup in my executive suite. Preeti from the house keeping team does a great service - the setup is really neat.

They are allowing people from outside to occupy hotel facilities leaving residents with no place to sit especially the lobby. I am thinking about staying in a cheap hotel next time and come to the lobby and ask for a 40 SAR coffee and enjoy the life music and the atmosphere for hours.

One of the worst hotel stays ever! All of their hidden fees are outrageous. After spending a small fortune on my hotel room, the rude duty manager tried con over $260usd so my family stationed here could enjoy the pool for a couple hours with me. She tried lying to me saying it’s a “safety” charge, but in reality it’s the hotel trying to get even more money out of you. What the infuriating part is there had been only a couple people at the pool our entire stay so far! The hotel staff have been rude and watch our every move like a hawk like we are prisoners. Our room smells like cigarettes even though we are in a non smoking room. The price of the food here doesn’t match its underwhelming flavors. Overall it’s just not 5 star quality. They ruined my weekend stay in Bahrain and I feel I was treated poorly. I would not recommend anyone to stay here especially if you are expecting to be treated good.

Exceptional service in a luxurious hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff, as each member genuinely wants to go the extra mile. Caters for a plant-based diet and excellent children’s club and free access to a water park great for babies and toddlers. Fantastic ladies only and unisex gym and spa facilities. I love staying over here. It was my 4th time, and I absolutely love it. It’s the place where I plan some good quality time with my family. I basically drive in, park the car, and never leave until checkout day. Rooms and facilities are excellent, however, the beach area is small. I especially love the spa and the pools. Service is generally good except at the lobby and kids club where the staff lacks friendliness and is unwelcoming!

We did not stay the night in a room but we did attend the brunch. Nice brunch, lots of fabulous food. Pricing is good for the portion size. Make sure you come hungry, they will not disappoint. It's more of an upscale brunch, so don't come in flip flops!!

I went to this hotel for an Award ceremony, hence can't comment on how would be your stay.. However, the ambience of the hotel n service was too good.. This is in Bahrain Bay, an H shaped building, with beautiful entrance, security check n a super beautiful lobby, restrooms n food court.. The Bahrain Hall was were our event happened.. It was a very formal n. Professional hall which could accomodate around 100 people max... Overall, the location, ambience, service n valet parking was very nice..

The hotel in itself is an experience. The design of the room is soothing and elegant. Facilities are distributed nicely, the spa service is awesome, and food tastes delicious. The in-room dining experience with city view is mesmerizing.

I travel a lot and have stayed in all manner of hotels, including a few four seasons around the world, but this hotel really is a cut above. The staff are superb - special props to the lady from Sikkim who served wine in Re, to Helen at reception to the lovely chap from Uganda at the breakfast buffet. The food was excellent, Asian food in Re was fantastic (with a great view) and the breakfast buffet was probably the best breakfast I've had in my life: cheese, meats, Indian, Dim Sum, beef brisket & short rib, prawns, lobster, not to mention brilliant pastries and deserts. Pool area + beach are beautifully done and the chap coming with a little cooler bag of canned water was a nice touch. Lebanese restaurant is great for a sundowner. Reception is beautiful with 10+ fully grown olive trees. Room was as you'd expect - flawless. Bravo.

Not deserve the amount of many you pay and bad service. I ask to talk with mgr on duty because I have issue in my reservation and he is not there. Room is small comparing to the amount of many you pay. I was expecting better service but unfortunately it one of the worst hotels I visited. Really I have bad experience with them and I will not try any of their hotels.

Absolutely magnificent hotel with a glorious Art Deco atrium with olive trees with authentic trunks and branches with artificial leaves, so subtle. There is glorious mahogany furniture and murals and everything is up market. I had a glorious meal in their restaurant with a variety of dishes prepared by Wolfgang Puk the internationally renowned chef. The service was impeccable and this hotel is without precedent

Best four season in the gulf region 😻 We had 2 connected rooms they were big they even gave us a crib for my baby boy rob and a slipper with a teddy bear Loved the kids club and pool 😻 a big ship and slides the kids loved it They also had a gaming room 😻 They have a boat that takes you to the Avenue for 1 kd The breakfast was a set menu but our last day it was a buffet loved everything 😻 but service was very slow The garden on the other hand was amazing loved entrance I would come to Bahrain again just for the hotel

The hotel almost got me saying... WOW. Every thing you would expect from a 5 star hotel is here... and I mean every thing. However, we missed taking a shower as unexpectedly there was hot water everywhere.. 🤔. The room number is 2820. I must say... the view was beautiful. The cost was also high compare to other hotels. Now, the big question... will I stay there again?... absolutely... yes.

Always a pleasure staying at the Four Seasons, Bahrain. This time around wasn’t any different over the Christmas holiday. The staff are absolutely amazing - special shout-out to Marilyn and Atul at the front desk who went out of their way to cater to all our wishes. Peter at the Azure pool was a delight - an asset to the establishment. Nothing is too much for the lovely staff here. You could spend an entire week at the Four Seasons without leaving the place! One of the finest, most opulent hotels without being too gaudy unlike a few Dubai hotels. A must do and shall be returning for sure!

Top notch Hotel, exquisitely done interior and landscaping, has its own artificial beach and lovely strolls. Some of the most highly rated restaurants on site. If you want to spoil yourself then this is definitely the place to stay.

Four seasons Bahrain is the best. Very friendly staff, very helpful, very clean. Pool is a great place to chill all day, overlooking the beach. Breakfast was amazing, so many choices, you won’t have to worry about your picky eaters. The Cut Bar is a fun place to hangout. bartenders and the bar manager knows what they are doing, drinks were great. Definitely will go back here again.

Located off the coast of Manama bay, overlooks the Avenues Shopping Complex with a 360 breath taking view. The staff are super courteous and friendly. The prices at the bar and lounge are reasonable.

It was an amazing experience. The kids loved it. Great pool and beach. The food was outstanding. They have Wolfgang club restaurants. My only issue was in handling my luggage it took half an hour to get my luggage to my room after I checked in and also half an hour to get my luggage to the car after check out.

It wasn’t my first option, but once i got there it will defiantly be my only option when in Bahrain!!! For a family trip with kids it was a memorable stay filled with activities the pool and the water slides the out door movie night, game room just how u want to spend family quality time i managed to check us out only by promising my kids that we will come back to the same hotel 🤷🏻‍♂️

Nothing beats the Classic glam of this hotel. The beach is amazing, soft sand and clear blue waters. Perfect pillows, and then wake up to breathtaking views of the iconic Bahraini landmarks. Menu is something else. What about a lush bath with some Wagyu sliders?

My family and I stayed in Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay for 2 nights and 3 days and we had a wonderful stay. It lives up to to its brand name. The property is gorgeous, the service is top notch and the facilities are excellent. We loved our 1 bedroom suite and the view from our window was stunning. If you’re looking for a luxurious property to stay while visiting Bahrain, Four Seasons is the place to be!
