Please avoid this place at all cost The owner, jaff, will pretend to be nice to get you to sign you up, but once you do sign up for classes and pay him the fees he'll treat you really poorly and completely disregard you and outright refuse to refund you and run away with you money. After taking a trial class, Jaff gave me two payment options: 1. Monthly payments - Salsa/Bachata for 55 bd/month 2. 3 Months Payments - Salsa/Bachata for 45 bd/month for a total of 135bd He then proceeded to upsell me (and I admitted fell up regrettably) and took out the calculator app on his phone and said he'll make a special offer to me for both Bachata and Salsa (4 classes a week in total) for 230bd (so 38.3 bd/month). I liked the first class and it was the summer break so I decided why not since one month and/or 2 only classes a week isn't going to be enough to learn properly. After 5 weeks of classes, I took a week off for something personal. I showed up next week, the studio door were locked. I thought maybe they took today off for whatever reason and I didn't know because I missed the last week. I come back for the next class, same issue the door were locked. I messaged jaff and he said they're off for the next 10 days. I was admittedly not happy that a 2 week gap wasn't communicated since there aren't that many students anyway who have joined the studio 10 days later, I follow up, no response from Jaff. Then I message their Instagram page no response there either. Jaff respond back literally a week later and says they'll be open soon. To this day, I haven't received a message from jaff or their Instagram page that they're open. I only found out they are open when they posted a marketing story on their Instagram, which is absolutely ridiculous because I paid a large sum of money for future classes. But Jaff can't be even bothered to tell me when classes are open. Either way, it was too late by then since the summer break was already over and I literally could not make it to classes anymore because they were too early for me. I pleaded to jaff multiple times to negotiate the refund with me. I told him I'm open to discussing the figure since I did pay upfront. It's been 7 weeks, I've kept messaging him 2-3 times each week and he keeps ignoring my messages and calls. This man is an absolute scammer. And to be honest, the classes are okay at best but not good by any means. You are barely given personal attention by Jaff and I felt I learnt more from the assistant instructor who was also a student herself. More than half of new joiners dropped from the beginner classes during my time there. From my observation, the number of people in the immediate classes are only handful. Maybe at some point this studio had a high standard and Jaff definitely knows his stuff and he's an amazing dancer but it feels like the quality isn't there. It also doesn't help that have stooped so low to take other people's money and run away with it.

Gorgeous community of people. Very welcoming and encouraging. All the instructors are super professional - Jaff, Isis, & Malwina. I highly recommend the private classes for anyone starting off. No better place in Bahrain.

Jeff studio is the best place that you can learn salsa dance and to be professional, I have been looking everywhere for a salsa place in Bahrain, and finally I found this studio where I can have alots of fun in class. Jeff is a professional salsa teacher; he knows how to teach beginner and go with you in the way to be an advanced. The studio is spacious, and always keeps clean and smells good. I have joined the group class as well and it was enjoyable. For me I cannot go to any other place because how I feel like a family with Jaff and his group. Thank you Jaff for all the love to your students and thank you for your loyalty for working very hard to make the best of it.

Best place to learn salsa if you want to get into the social dancing scene. Amazing set of instructors that are patient and attentive to the details. Their teaching methodology is clear and fun, so even people with no dance experience at all learn how to dance with them. I start training with Jaff. He is a great instructor, he make it an awesome experience with his fun, highly energetic and charismatic personality. I’m very happy to be part of class as i found out this is diffently a great therapy to disconnect a bit from your daily life and learn new cool skils, have fun and exercise in the same time. If you are looking to improve your dance skills or even just beginning to learn, this is a great place to start.
