I went for one day to try it out, and I absolutely loved it. Everything is clean and organised, and they provide everything from towels to shakes. The location is a disadvantage; however, if you live in juffair, it makes more sense for you.

Great gym. Big facility, a lot of different equipment including separate zones for martial arts and crossfit. Friendly and professional staff. Different subscription plans: starting from 1 month without any coaching (45 BHD/mo min).

Fantastic place for a work out and great trainers at this place, especially my brother and friend Ahmed. The equipment is fantastic and state of the art, and they have a multitude of fitness, workout and MMA based self defense classes. I really recommend you try out this gym.

Great place and amazing environment! Has every piece of equipment necessary, and the trainers are always ready to help inexperienced gym goers. Ariz and JP are always super energetic and the vibe around the place, especially with the surround sound speakers and dj system in place, is just eccentric. During the evenings, the music is always blasting and it's the best to get a good pump in! The classes are also not to be taken lightly and these half an hour sessions are intense enough to break even the fittest people. This is a gym definitely worth checking out!

Huge place, and has almost all the types of workouts equipments including punching/boxing bags. Offers different levels of workout classes, physically and online. High standards protection against COVID-19 virus where online pre-booking for all visits, checking everybody's temperature at the entrance, sanitizing all machines/equipments many time throughout the days and offer each person a sanitizer spray at entrance to use on each machine/equipment before and after usage.

This gym is so nice and quiet. You can do your daily exercise in a very comfortable environment. There is something attractive about this place you need to discover it by yourself.

I joined in May with hesitation thinking I might feel out of place. Let me start by saying, this place exceeded my expectation. From the front desk to the trainers, I give this place a 10 star. As my experience at that gym one Of the distinctive gyms in Bahrain, all services are available, especially for girls. There is a special place for them and the best trained and experienced trainers like my p.t Fiona ❤️I love her plus ali is the best trainer ever all the facility is available in this gym I was scared I will not be comfortable because am wearing as a Muslim ladies cover but that gym like my second family all they respect me and put special private place for ladies only I love energiefitness Bahrain 🇧🇭 👍❤️🙏🏻😘all the best
