Pathetic
customer
service
and
bad
attitude.
Visited
to
service
140grams
necklace
that
was
purchased
from
Manama
branch
and
1st
the
attendant
told
me
it
looks
polished
you
don’t
need
to
polish
it.
2nd
he
wouldn’t
accept
the
necklace
without
receipt
and
kept
making
excuses
that
you’ll
have
to
go
to
Manama
branch
as
we
purchased
it
from
that
branch.
Since
I
am
a
regular
customer
I
asked
them
to
check
it
in
their
system
or
check
with
Manama
branch
and
then
he
made
an
excuse
saying
that
it’s
different
CR
hence
they
cannot
check.
However
after
arguing
with
them
they
accepted
the
polish/
servicing
request
and
then
wouldn’t
give
an
approximate
TAT
for
receiving
our
necklace.
I
can
only
imagine
if
this
how
you
treat
customers
who
have
purchased
gold
sets
worth
thousands
of
dinars,
how
will
you
treat
new
customers.
This
is
now
the
3rd
time
I’m
experiencing
this
attitude
from
your
representatives,
both
Manama(Gold
city
)
branch
and
Riffa
(lulu)
branch.
