The
track
and
karts
are
really
professional.
However
I
did
not
like
the
fact
that
they
are
unorganised
and
do
not
have
a
proper
system
in
place.
I
made
a
booking
the
previous
day
for
the
following
day
and
upon
arriving
on
time
for
the
pre
booked
session
I
was
told
that
a
private
session
is
going
on
and
we
are
not
able
to
accommodate
you
for
the
next
hour
or
so.
I
don't
see
the
point
in
making
a
booking
if
they
do
not
stick
to
it.
When
I
spoke
to
the
receptionist
she
was
like
"it
is
based
on
who
comes
first
and
pays
for
the
next
session".
After
speaking
to
management
they
made
an
arrangement
to
fit
us
into
a
15
minute
session
and
nothing
seemed
to
be
organised
properly.
There
was
poor
communication
between
the
staff
members
and
the
receptionist
seemed
unbothered
to
even
help
out
or
get
proper
information
from
the
crew
about
getting
us
a
session.
In
all
fairness
the
karting
track
is
pretty
far
to
get
to
and
you
waste
a
lot
of
time
getting
to
the
place
just
to
be
told
your
booking
doesn't
matter,
that
seems
unprofessional
to
me
and
they
should
have
atleast
called
people
who
book
in
advance
and
inform
them
that
they
have
a
private
session
going
on
and
that
they
need
to
reschedule
the
session.
Secondly,
the
response
time
to
help
you
on
track
if
your
kart
gets
stuck
was
very
tardy
and
slow,
i
was
stuck
in
the
sand
trap
for
quiet
a
while
and
wasted
more
than
half
the
session
waiting
for
the
marshals
to
come
and
help
out
with
getting
the
kart
unstuck.
And
I
had
to
pay
for
the
whole
session
when
half
of
the
time
my
kart
was
stuck
and
they
seemed
unbothered
to
help
out.
The
marshal
that
came
to
help
out
had
a
very
rude
attitude
and
seemed
like
he
didn't
even
want
to
help
out.
On
the
positive
side
of
things.
The
track
and
karts
are
fantastic
and
you
really
get
a
rush
while
driving
on
the
track.
The
track
is
big
and
has
a
lot
of
fun
turns
on
it.
The
suits
and
helmets
are
of
good
quality
and
they
make
sure
they
are
washed
and
cleaned
after
each
person
uses
them.
