Vietnamese Gate is definitely a must try if in Bahrain. The Pho was very good and broth was rich. Pho comes in different sizes. The first time I went I got the set offered and everything was great, came out fresh out the kitchen, and gave me and opportunity to try somethings I probably wouldn’t have ordered on my own. The service is also great I believe the owner is very kind, she was extremely helpful and polite even turned on music for children so that we could get through dinner peacefully and truly enjoy the food. Second time I tried a few new things and the flavor was amazing. The space is a bit tight but there’s always room.

The place for the restaurant is not the best - little parking space, poor ventilation inside the premises (smells from the kitchen). The service is very friendly (an older lady who can advise, explain, be interested in whether it tastes good and if you know how to eat it) (and a younger boy who is very helpful and polite). I do not agree that there is a long wait because this is not a microwave oven! The portions are big, the food is very tasty and a nice variety on the menu. However, the price-to-place ratio is overstated in my opinion. But a place worth visiting anyway!

Despite my initial skepticism, I decided to give this Vietnamese restaurant in Bahrain a try before my trip to Vietnam. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious flavors of the pork pho and the crab spring rolls. The portion size was also generous, with a satisfying amount of noodles and soup. Overall, it was a satisfying dining experience that exceeded my expectations.

It started with mango & ended with mango, what a special night 💛 This was hands down the best meal I've had in Bahrain.. the depth of flavour in the beef pho was out if this world. It really knocked our socks off. The set meal was really cheap too, it's great to remove making a decision and leave it to their capable hands. The atmosphere is lovely and the host was amazing. Lovely vietnamese lady was so friendly and funny, can't wait to go back & my friend agrees. I've eaten in high end restaurants which were nowhere near as good, I ended feeling disappointed and wished I had stuck to where we know is the best... Pho Vietnamese 🖤🖤🖤🖤

From its comfortable dainty seating ⭐️, warm well-come ⭐️, friendly servers ⭐️, home made Garlic vinegar ⭐️ , & a flavorful, exquisite hot served Pho Tai Cin. chicken Pho’s very good . Ordered on Talabat. However if you order at night you may find the broth is more strong and condensed. The grilled chicken and chicken curry and beef noodles were not good.

Nice Vietnamese restaurant. Pretty sure it is the same restairant that used to be in Adliya. The beef Pho was good and better than I remember at the other location. The medium Pho is about the right size for me to be full. The sumer rolls or rice paper wrapped spring roll were not that good. Seemed a bit old or if they made it in the morning and was really dry. Also I prefer the peanut sauce instead of the sauce they gave. Overall good place and really the only Vietnamese in the country.

I visited the old location and loved the Pho here. I thought they closed but i was happy to know that they’re still operating and growing. Most authentic and delicious pho in Bahrain. I highly recommend!

We were looking for the Vietnam restaurant for a while in Bahrain. This is the one best have been in Middle East countries . The food are delicious original food and place are clean and tidy.

40 minutes AFTER placing our orders, the staff came out to tell me that my main order (bánh xèo) was out of stock and they wouldn't be able to make it. We had placed our order in at 11:30 - just 30 minutes after opening. I was only able to try out the chicken skewers. The chicken was mushy instead of grilled and the peanut sauce was left out long enough for a skin to form. The Vietnamese coffee was good - only that I had to order it twice since I never received it in the first round. After the "out of stock" conversation, they finally brought it out. I was able to try my friend's pho and the broth was pretty decent. There weren't soup spoons on hand, only typical dinner spoons. There were plenty of orders in my group that were missed or just wrong. Service could be a lot better. Just... write it down, please. And know what you have in stock. I ended up grabbed a shawarma as my lunch after leaving. I didn't care to wait even more when my lunch companions had finished their meals. Cash only.

The spring rolls were okay but the rolls were very very small and too expensive for the price. We also ordered the pho beef noodle soup (medium size). The flavour was absolutely delicious but the portion size was too small. It needed more meat and noodles. Overall the restaurant has some great potential but at the moment the prices are too expensive for such small meals. Keep trying though we would love to see a Vietnamese restaurant succeed here.

The first mouthful took me straight back to Vietnam. If you have never tried Vietnamese food then this is the place to try it. Absolutely authentic and delicious, and the owner is a delight. I cannot recommend Pho highly enough.

Legit Vietnamese food! We finally found a delicious place to enjoy phõ. The staff are so kind as well. I wish they would serve peanut sauce with the rice paper rolls, but they were still so delicious. We will be back every time we visit Bahrain. Lovely place! Atmosphere does need a bit of background music however, just to break up the silence and other customer conversations.

We’ve been hearing about Pho for so long – and having the strongest FOMO or you know PHOMO, but not anymore! The chef here is Vietnamese, so you know you’re in good hands! And the prices wont hurt your wallet! They don’t just have Pho, though – They have the yummiest spring rolls, fresh rolls and this authentic Vietnamese coffee!

So much better to eat in-restaurant than order off talabat. Got the Set meal, had tastes of a few appetizers, a small bowl of pho, a rice dish with chicken and shrimp, and a coconut ice cream-mango dessert. Delicious and not super expensive at all.

I just took Vietnamese Beef noodle, the pho on rainy day. It was amazing experience. During eating the pho, I just felt that I was in Hanoi. It took me on the small table in noodle restaurant in Hanoi where I had visited 10years ago. Their food is not a simple food. It is a magic which can bring me the world of my old memories. Delicious food and amazing service. Very warm welcome from the hosts serving some tasty pho with all the fresh garnishes and some awesome peppers.

We have been over 10 times here and plan to keep going more. The BEST Vietnamese in gcc countries - so so tasty! We love Pho Bo and all kind of roles. They also offer different sizes for soups - small, medium and large which is very convenient. Don’t worry - all portions are huge by the way ! We love the service here too so we prefer coming here and eating inside in this amazing cozy atmosphere with a really nice playlists playing. But many people (and us sometimes) order - also nice but defo worth it to visit the place.
