Edit: My cat developed a severe case of ringworm there. Took weeks of isolated care and medical attention to heal him. I have seen other reviews that this place is known for such infections and although people have alerted them to it, they refuse to deal with it. What an awful business! I lodged my white Persian cat here for about 2 and a half weeks during the recent summer holidays. Check-in was a bit of a hassle with the lady at the counter telling me a few days in advance that there was space available but when I arrived there with my pet the caretaker (rather rudely) telling me there wasn't any space. Luckily that was sorted pretty quickly, so no real complaints there. Worst of all was a few days after bringing my cat back home I noticed he was trying desperately to reach for his neck to scratch. When I examined him, I was shocked to find a big gaping wound at the back of his neck which I am sure he received while he was lodged there. There is no way he could have got it at home considering the age of the wound and since he is our only pet. The check out staff never told me anything about the wound while I checked out and even tried a cheap trick to get me to pay a little more money. I have since found that my cat has also developed a significant fungal infection on his tail - there is a big scab. During check out when we entered the lodging area just to see the animals, the stench was very overpowering so it doesn't seem they maintain their lodging facility very well. Absolutely and completely disgusting place - avoid like the plague if you love your pet. The care they would receive and the attitude of the staff (especially their arrogant caretaker) is unacceptable by any standards. Their only lookout appears to be to extract your money by any means possible. If I could give a negative rating, I surely would.

Earlier review 04 stars- I went here searching for a good quality leash and collar for my grown up Labrador. I bought one leash (BD 11) and choke chain (BD 2.900). I could not find a strong reasonably priced collar for large breeds.Few big collars were there but were pricey. Overall good collection of treats and accessories for cats and dogs. I bought chicken feet (BD 2.20), smoked pork hide (1.90) and bone sticks(BD 4). It's a big shop with parking on roadside. You can visit once and decide. Staff was polite and helpful. Today review- 02 star -:during last visit yesterday ie 06.11.20 i had seen one notice on their counter which said that a grooming package is now available with discount ( photo attached here). I called today morning to know if they can wash my Labrador male dog the person on phone said 'Yes' He asked me to come at 10 am which I did. I asked again at the counter if they have experience of washing a large dog only when they said yes did i entry their compound with my dog. To my horror their two staff members started picking up my dog from two sides to put in a small wash basin at a height of 4 feet. I asked them to stop as this is not the way a 50 kg dog is washed. They then offered to wash the dog on a dirty corner spot with a tap. I refused as by the time seeing their ways I was convinced about lack of their experience in washing large dogs. I came back unhappy with equally unhappy dog. They may be good with smaller dogs (looking at the size of wash basin and confidence of the employee ( very good) but certainly they didn't know that you can't pick up a 50 kg dog to height of 4 ft for washing.... Avg rating now given as 3 star ( to be fair) The owner needs to train the staff better for washing big dogs. .

The staff are professional and friendly. Nice shop, Good prices & they have pets boarding coast around BD 6 per day. I have sent my dog with his food, water, bed & toys 🧸. Should be fine there.

Prices is very high, I don’t recommend it for those who needs to buy stuff from dozen or more, as they sell by piece. But the place is big and you can find everything you need.

Friendly staff. Very helpful, especially Mariam who served us. Some items the prices are a bit much. Good parking and 50% off grooming for large or small dogs..medium not mentioned.

Worst customer service I booked a grooming service for my cat at 10am one day ahead. I waited for 20 minutes until the groomer arrived and was told it will take an hour. I came back at 11.40 and she was still not ready! They said there was someone before you, which is not possible because I booked the first appointment but they started with another customer. I had to wait for another 30 minutes and the grooming was not even good, and no one even apologised. Also the forgot to put on her collar on after grooming and when I went back for it it was all chewed up and dirty! Never going back again

Have the widest variety of products. Their grooming services are great and my cat always smells great for weeks after. They are a little more expensive than other places but it’s worth it
