Bad delivery service, they confirmed a date and no one showed up, tried to call the customer service several times with no response!!!!!

It was our first visit to this outlet. We purchased a fleece blanket and a item for home decoration. The price of these two items were reasonable sply after the discount on offer. The first here also good looking and at a reasonable price. Infact few items are better priced than many places. The items are nicely displayed and entry to this place is very visible. We saw a full six chair dining table for just BD 70 and full furniture for small bedroom (almirah, bed, study table, chair ) for 90BD only. Worth a visit.

Not the kind of place I would find exciting, though I must admit I found really cool accessories. Mainly the door mats, the choices are good but there are three door mats which I can't wait to get (one at a time). So generally speaking I would recommend this place for accessories, I wouldn't get anything from here and expect it to last. That said, I did find a couple of lovely kitchen tables which were beyond cheap.

I had the worst experience purchasing a dresser. When I asked the salesman about fixing or shipping services, he assured me there was a manual inside. However, upon opening the box, I couldn't find it. Despite calling Homebox Juffair multiple times for a catalog QR code, they never provided it, and their promises of a callback went unfulfilled. I recommend others to check or ask for a catalog QR code before leaving the store.

If you're looking for mid-priced furniture or home accessories this is a good place to find it. Beware though about buying larger furniture items as they will charge around BD15 for delivery. How can they expect you to carry it out on your own? Ridiculous!

This place is great. Having moved here after being in Japan for 10 years this place is almost exactly the same as the Nitori brand in Japan. Great place to outfit the home. Once my wife and I get settled into our new place, I have no doubt this will become a favorite shopping place for us.

Worst service ever. Bought an Item waited for 6 days to be delivered and received something completely different. The response was “out of stock” so the company decided to make a decision for me rather than issuing a refund for their incompetence!. FYI a refund will take 5 business days! Not to mention its Eid holiday so the total waiting period to provide me with “Thin Air” is almost a month! If you live a reckless and on edge and you can deal with them.

I visited the shop and found many interesting items at a very good price.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Good collection of items for cheaper price compared to similar shops. The only disturbing thing is, though advertised free delivery, they charge you 15bd for direct purchase and 5bd for online purchase if the order value is less than 150bd.

Online ordering is below average. ordered everything selecting the required date. then the date changed on confirmation. called their customer support. refused to hand me over to a supervisor claiming that he is the person in charge. if the manager is answering the phone calls. your service quality is Sh** work on your website and your customer service handling.

Store was very nice and organized, but they to take care about the price tag for the item i face issue two time but the staff take action and correct it on the same time .

A must visit shop by everyone once in a month to upgrade your home to maintain the coziness of your decors from time to time.

Good staff and selection of home furniture and accessories

Paying at the cashier is very slow. Waited 10 minutes while only 2 people in front of me. They are asking a lot of questions like for an name, email, phone number etc.

Pathetic delivery service. Ordering online is a mess. They never allow you to know exactly when they were deliver. The message the send for delivery is never fullfilled. I cant say more for. In store shopping. But online shopping is like give yourself a headache that is unnecessary. Avoid online shopping.

Worst experience ever i have been seen in my life , totally there is no respect for the delivery date i order twice in 1 month and both order delay or has issue in shipping or fixing. First time they left the items in home and they want to come after few days next time item damaged and again left it without fixing to keep it for few days again till they bring the items , Not recommended and im not deal with this company any more. !

Home box is very elegant shop for home furnishings and it do have a decent choice and slightly high price (expected for high class). At times they announce great offers at unbelievable price too

The prices are too expensive for the quality that you are providing.. Accessories are in the reasonable range. But small furniture's are too expensive..

We like the store .. its amazing .. staff are very helpfull .. how about you try to make an offer for a corner for a full house design .. bed, sala, dining, majlis, kids etc .. furthermore amazing job and thanks guys .. god bless

I have done card return for the items purchased and got refund reciept on 11th june but still (18th june) the amount not credited back to my account. More than one week and no idea how many more days will be taken..calling oasis showroom number but no one is lifting phone...many times tried...

Home Box is as always affordable and full of new stocks , bought few things for my food photography and YouTube videos and can't wait to use them 😀 my one-to-go shopping store. Thankyou Home Box for serves best. 🙂
