I purchased batteries that were recommended by BHVAPERS, the batteries were in a regulated mod that was switched off and wasn’t used for over 24 hours, the batteries vented while no one was home and left my table burnt along with vented batteries and a ruined mod, after politely trying to reach out to BHvapers they decided to stop responding to any communications via Email & WhatsApp… so far it has been 1 week since the incident and I still have not received a response. I have vaped for over 5 years with mechanical mods without a single issue, I purchased batteries from BHVAPERS and this is the result, I advise any new customers to stay clear of some of their products due to quality issues and also to avoid purchasing from them if you want any customer care. Please reference the photos of the emails and damaged items.

I was a regular customer in this shop for about a year, never had any issues, a week ago I ordered a vape same as I always order, but this one was damaged, the oil from it was leaking and it wouldn’t even puff properly, so I contacted them for my issue, and they said they can replace on the same day, but I opened it 2 days after I ordered it as I still didn’t finish my previous vape. So yeah they refused to change it for me, they said “let me contact my manager and I’ll get back to you” and it’s been 3 days since. Zero customer care it’s unbelievable, as I said I was a regular and never had an issue and when I got one I see y’all real faces now, get that money and don’t care what you sell 👌🏽

I went to this shop yesterday, The staff is not welcoming and it is more expensive than a market if you try to take a liquid it will cost you six. Six but if it in fact you will found it 5.7 bd . I don’t recommend you guys to go there there is many good shops and cheaper inside Manama just Google it:)

Bad store , bad customer service , They SELL FAKE eJUICE. Don't buy from them. Also, I've contacted them about their scam and they denied it. They asked me to contact the manufacturer company MY SELF!! If you consider your own health and well-being find another Store that sells authentic products. P.S. Overpriced items be aware that most of the products are sold for much less elsewhere in the kingdom. Don't fall for the positive reviews as they send you a link to Google maps trying to hustle for a good review. Also check product dates just to be safe....

I’ve ordered from them once a few months ago and they’ve been spamming me since then to leave a 5-stars review. Please stop this practice, fake reviews won’t help you. Maybe you should focus instead on improving your site a little to make it more appealing and user friendly.

The place is good but there was a lady with specs and she was really rude.Due to this I will never go here.

Latest products. Sales lady was knowledgeable and was training new staff which is good to see. Only downside is location. You have to park round the corner and cross a busy junction to get to the store. Keep up the good work.
