2022.05.20 The coffee place is very nice. Decor, colours, setup was really nice. The hot Americano was to my perfection but a bit light. Friendly staff and good service. The space layout is for multipurpose such as meetings, studying and socializing with family and friends.

A good place for studying & business meeting… They have two desks …. that you can work on your laptop comfortably.. Along with that.. there is a meeting room as well… we you can have your business meeting and your Guests get served.. I’ve liked the idea.. The Americano was so good .. I’ve loved their coffee The desserts are unique as well ..

Amazing space & great coffee ☕️👌🏼 Very peaceful vibes 😌 The space is very special; beautiful indoors (ground & first floor), and nice outdoor seating (only in winter ❄️😝). I loved their ‘signature’ (hint: because I love dates🌴😙).

The food is so clean, healthy & fresh. Must go again. Update: I've chosed 7t for my birthday breakfast & it was literally the right choice👏 Update: Having such good & clean food after a workout is awesome.

Very tasty roasted coffee, right temperature with art. It's come with dried date. Delicious sandwich quality and good price as well the prices update but still good!

Nice location, well decorated, indoor and outdoor area 👌. Good, tasty, and well presented light menu items. Service is good but a bit slower than expected. Will visit again and highly recommended for meeting or student gathering,,, private learning room is available with prerequisite arrangements. Prices are in line with the same category coffee shops and perhaps lower.

They have good coffee and wide selection of amazing tea. If you think that you are don't like dates cake, think again!! Give it a try and you are addicted for the rest of your life 😁😎. I tried the breakfast here as well, it was very delicious, healthy and light. You can bring your laptop and study or work , and you never feel the pressure to leave. People working here a nice. They have an outdoor seating that can be very nice when the weather is pleasant 😊.

Nice cafe with wide big windows that allows sunlight enter the place. I had a Spanish latte with almond milk. Honestly didn’t like it, need improvement. We were 4, ordered vegetable pasta, grilled chicken meal (with mashed potato and salad), and we had salmon (with rice and salad). I loved the pasta it was delicious considering it’s healthy and the mashed potato as well. My friends liked the salmon (I don’t eat seafood). The chicken was dry, and the rice was weird. The drinks are very different than the regular, so my friends had lemon mint, and water for me. Lemon mint was too minty and less lemon flavour, overall was fine. I liked the place, as it has a different idea for offering healthy food a beverages. Will come again for sure and will try different things.

Lovely place to work and relax! The ambience is calm and pleasant, the interior creative and aesthetic, and the staff friendly and patient. This is my go-to spot whenever I need a break from the hubbub of the office. There are conveniently placed power sockets at a couple tables, along with ample room to set up your laptop. Definitely buy some of their cute pastries during your work session, and you'll be in your happy place!

I went to 7t a few days ago. The place was remarkable, spacious and very interesting decor. the place has a comfortable feel to it. I got the hot mocha (BD1.8) and it came with a complimentary date.the coffee was pretty average, and *slightly* lower price than other cafes. I would definitely recommend the place for working/studying or simply having a chill afternoon with friends.

it's a lovely place where u can feel peace and quiet. Suitable for students (they provide some tables with study light) and have wifi (no outside). Price are around 2-3 BD.

Very bad quality matcha, zattar croissant taste like a فطيرة. Very disappointed with food quality as the cafe is promoting they serve “healthy food”. Nothing was healthy about it… i can see they are trying but cost-cutting as well. Cafe was hot, air conditioning disruption is bad, place is always occupied with ppl studying or reading so indirectly you have to be quiet. Service was slow but staff are friendly. Prices for quality need to be seriously considered, i would pay the same amount for super quality matcha in another place.

This place is good, yet I would say it's too overhyped. Nevertheless, the sweet snacks like the dark chocolate lollipop and the vegan doughnuts are yummy, and nice coffee. 7T try to target the health-conscious with some of the ingredients used. To me, this just makes things a bit overpriced. The ambience is very average, nothing specific. It's good for studying though as lots of natural light coming in from the glass walls and you will see students with their laptops and work. There is also a small upstairs area for a quieter atmosphere.

Great location for business meetings, gathering, reading, studying and more. Variety of beverrages and food. I have tried coffee latte and it was great. The coffee ahop is very close to the business district in seef area and close to the seef mall and bahrain for historical site.

Nice decor .. variety of seatings available .. good for quiet studying/working .. good food presentation and I very much liked the date that came with the drink! However, the food and drinks were average and bland (cloudy eggs and hot chocolate). The food was disappointing!

This place is very different and well organized according to other places. The food is amazing, The barista Lorilei is very sweet…The best ever café. The cost is fair for everything and the atmosphere is good
