It’s hard to find a gym that excels in Wrestling, BJJ, Boxing, and Kickboxing. BUT in Pride MMA, you have a great Wrestling/Grappling coach that travels across the world for knowledge and puts in tremendous effort to make sure you learn new skills. A boxing coach that’s a national team boxer that has excellent coaching skills especially when it comes to learning the basics of boxing. A kickboxing coach that’s going to push you to your limits and remind you that you can always do better. Great atmosphere, great people.

I truly believe this place is a gem. As a wrestler I felt very comfortable rolling into classes and learning from the outstanding wrestling coach, something I was nervous about was starting a new martial art from scratch, and to be 100% honest there was nothing to be nervous about, any level of proficiency and the coaches here are designed to help. They make the environment the exact amount of difficult to get better. Get a sweat and keep you wanting more. Definitely check E7 out because this place is THE place to learn.

Coach Eyas is very keen on detail and impressively has a way of managing to focus on each and every single one of his students in group classes. Beginners and advanced students alike feel at home from day one. Eyas brings in a very unique blend of grappling encompassing bjj and wrestling amongst other styles. If there is one thing I owe to this place it is the fact that I learnt the importance of being pushed to the limit and beyond in training. Promotion in this gym is earned through grinding and discipline, it is never earned for just racking up hours of training. Rounds are tough; once you’ve tried that though you’ll never look back. My appreciation for each style of martial arts taught here has grown infinitely mainly due to the depth Eyas brings with him to the mats.

Not just a regular gym. It is a community and a hub for aspiring fighters where you will train with amazing coaches and meet amazing people. All levels are welcome here and as for me personally, I feel like I have learned so much in such a short period of time thanks to the special teaching methods used in this Gym. Keep in mind the gym is hygenic, modern, and uses up to date training equipment. Highly recommended for all ages and levels.

E7 Grappling Club is an amazing gym with a great and friendly atmosphere. The club caters to both beginners as well as advanced grapplers / mma fighters. All staff members and instructors are extremely friendly. Each instructor/ coach has spent a lifetime trying to practice and perfect their craft. They are very knowledgeable in the sports that they teach. The club's unique selling point is their key attention to detail and the way they customize the trainings to fit everyone in the class. Classes include but are not limited to Wrestling, Submission Wrestling , Muay Thai & Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.

Professional trainers who true to their word were able to turn someone like me (who is not athletic, unfit, never tried martial arts in their life) to someone who is able to do moves and techniques, that I would only dream of before, with confidence. The crew is very supportive, creating a perfect environment for people of all sizes to train and push their limit. 100% recommend for anyone who wants to start their martial arts journey.
