This place was heaven where we could find veg food in Mauritius. In span of 6 days this was the best place where we got some best Indian taste veg food. And I would recommend that to considering the price the food was heaven. For 2 people we paid around 600rs in indian currency. But food was soooo yum. Most recommended.

One of the best restaurants in mauritius serving indian dishes. The service is great too. The place is crowded on Fridays and Saturdays. After your meal you can enjoy the waterfront.

1/10 for customer service 4/10 for food quality ( mild flavour in everything that's available) 5/10 costly 6/10 variety Nothing is free here even water!! You will feel like visiting the only available Indian restaurant in North Mauritius giving you food alienated to Indian flavours. I won't recommend anyone going out there to degrade their overall Mauritius experience unless you are in utter need of something Desi.

Nice moment spent with friends at Namaste Restaurant. Warm welcome from staff. Good service the waitresses were very polite and attentive to our demand. Food were served hot and well presented. We also enjoyed the decor. I advise this restaurant 😇🥰

Great location. Nice view. Cosy place with friendly personnel. I especially enjoy the pickles, naan and butter chicken. If you have a craving for Indian food, I definitely recommend the place.

It was my first visit to namaste restaurant, it was a great night out. waitress and professionally guided us through the menu. Food is flavorful and ambience is 'live'. I liked the presentation of food as well

One of the best Indian restaurant in Mauritius,from the welcome to the meals, everything is wonderful.

1. I liked the location and decoration. 2. The customer service was great, the staff was really polite and open to answering questions. 3. Had some papar as starter. 4. The lime soda was really nice. 5. The Murgh karahi, 7. Channa saalan, jalfrezi, saffran rice, lamb pulao was good but could be better. But I liked the channa saalan best. 6. The naan was good but not to my taste. I like it crispier. And I would like a larger portion. 7. The toilet was neat. 8. Slightly pricey.

First time going to this restaurant. I’m generally not a fan of Indian cuisine bout i gotta say that this is one of the best Indian foods I’ve ever had. The prices are very reasonable, particularly for a restaurant in the waterfront. Icing on the cake was the service. Mr Nawaz was our waiter. Very caring. Checked on us often and took the time to explain all the dishes since we were really not familiar. Very accommodating.

Deserves its spot as number 1 Indian restaurant in the city. We had a great lunch on the balcony with a lovely view and breeze, seriously delicious food and proper paneer. Great vegetarian selection too. Cocktails were pretty sweet but otherwise top notch.

Food was tasty, but for "all you can eat" promo they bring out very little and you have to keep asking them to bring another plate. It's not an open buffet where you can go choose and take your required amount. And they don't let you pack whatever you have already eaten. This is such a waste as it will be thrown away anyway. Overall good experience dining with family.

Had their Namaste special biryani (veg) and kadhai paneer - very tasty! While my server was simply awesome, service at the welcome desk definitely needs some work - not the friendliest greeting. Prices are a bit too high but I guess this is what you pay for in a touristic place. Would definitely go there again just for the food!

Had dinner with my loved one and ordered their July promo. The promo was Rs 495 per pax but same couldn’t be shared if there’s 2 people and had to order another one. There was soo much curry and naan + rice which was left and had request them to pack it but unfortunately they advise that they cannot pack since that’s their promo condition ???? So my question is are they gonna throw this food away when other people is dying without food ???

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Port Louis. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cared about my experience and the icing on the cake is that the food is absolutely amazing - the best meal we have had in a while! Highly Recommended!

Had lunch today at this restaurant. Amazing to see a full restaurant, you know the food is going to be delicious. We spoke to the waiter for vegan options and they were very accommodating. Highly recommended 👌 Food 10/10

Very average restaurant. Although the service was good for sure, food quality is not great. Potato dish over salted and the texture reviews it’s been cooked some days ago. Chicken chettinad was sour instead of being spicy, with the main flavour of tomato. Naan bred thin like a pancake 😕These guys are in desperate need for a better chef….

Called them to book a reservation and they told me to wait. After making me wait, they hung up the phone on my face. Messaged them but they didn't really care to reply. Made them aware of their unprofessionalism through facebook and they blocked me. They don't need your money. Seems like the eskaem group is already making too much money and that money has made them delusional that they can treat anyone like dirt. Ban dimun gras, sovaz et arrogants. Zott ggn tro bku clients. Hopefully there are better alternatives around the island.

Great Indian restaurant very well located in Port Louis! The staff was very welcoming and lovely. Service arrived quickly and the food was delicious - all the authentic flavours of Indian cuisine with a refined setting. A special recommandation for the lamb rogan Josh which was absolutely amazing.

This restaurant does not even deserve a 1 star... the worst restaurant I have eaten in so far in Mauritius!! The place smells, the tables are dirty, the dishes, the service.. nothing satisfied me at my visit. The food was not fresh.. tasted as if it were left overs heated and brought to the table.. neither chicken or mutton👎🏻👎🏻 The yogurt something so simple tasted expired tbh. The best thing was the bread. Never coming here again! They managed to ruin my night. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The food was absolutely delicious. You can also advise the waiters the level of spicy as per your taste. Staff are very friendly and professional. Good of money. Highly recommend

Having diner yesterday at Namaste, very nice and cosy atmosphere, welcoming and helpful staffs.we really appreciated the Garlic Naan and the Chicken Tikka Massala was delicious and is highly recomended!! A big thanks to the Manager who took good care of us.very welcoming receptionist as well.we will definitely come back soon.

Every time I go back to Mauritius, I eat there. But this time I had a bad experience. There was a man there in a kurta. He made us sit in the middle of two doors where the waiters kept coming and going behind both of us. The place was fully EMPTY!!! And we asked if we can change seat but he said no they are reserved. Luckily a nice waitress made us change seat. The glass I've got had lipstick on it. The food was good. Customer service WORST by the "main" dude in the kurta!!!
