Pathetic
behavior
of
staff
!
We
booked
our
trip
reading
the
good
reviews.
But
however
everything
turned
into
disaster
after
reaching
there.
As
we
were
about
to
enter
the
hotel
our
driver
mentioned,
the
staff
never
welcomes
the
guest.
After
10
mins
we
see
the
receptionist
lady
come
and
greet
us
with
not
even
a
faint
smile
on
her
face.
We
were
offered
a
welcome
drink
after
40
mins
of
our
arrival
as
she
was
scanning
our
documents
which
took
forever
.
We
emailed
them
previously
to
offer
us
a
room
with
a
better
view
but
we
were
placed
in
a
garden
view
room,
though
partially
the
ocean
could
be
viewed.
She
was
commanding
us
“hey
you
get
what
you
pay
“
You
didn’t
pay
for
the
ocean
view
room-
you
don’t
get
it
!!!
Since
our
booking
was
through
Make
My
Trip
that
Option
of
the
room
was
not
available
and
so
we
had
to
email
them.
However
it
was
of
no
help
!
It
was
my
birthday
on
the
7th
and
we
requested
to
see
if
anything
for
the
room
could
have
been
done
we
were
even
ready
to
pay
any
additional
amount
for
a
room
with
a
better
view
.
However
nothing
was
done
.
She
even
snatched
my
passport
to
make
sure
if
it
was
my
birthday
or
not
or
if
I
am
faking.
Extremely
disappointing!!!
Indians
should
stay
away
as
we
felt
they
being
extremely
mean
and
treat
you
as
negligible
in
front
of
other
guest
and
European
guest.
As
we
were
the
only
Indians
during
our
stay.
We
were
asked
to
carry
our
water
bottle
from
the
room
to
drink
water
during
dinner
or
breakfast
…
as
a
hotel
staff
mentioned
that
the
bottled
kept
at
the
dining
area
are
special
bottles.
“
however
let
me
say
it
-
I
SAW
THEM
FILLING
SAME
DRINKING
WATER
IN
THOSE
BOTTLES
which
we
were
refused
to
be
given.
The
rooms
were
never
cleaned
properly
same
towels
would
be
folded
and
kept
again
for
use.
Extremely
bad
food
sane
menu
gets
repeated
again
and
again.
The
only
good
thing
we
did
was
that
we
never
stayed
entire
day
at
the
hotel
as
we
had
activities
everyday
to
do
and
we
enjoyed
our
trip
to
the
fullest
when
we
were
outside
the
hotel.
We
used
to
leave
early
and
at
times
not
have
dinner
at
the
hotel
and
have
it
outside
as
the
food
was
pathetic.
Also
to
mention
the
day
before
we
were
to
leave
Mauritius
we
went
to
the
reception
to
check
if
we
could
be
offered
a
late
checkout
as
our
pick
up
was
scheduled
at
5.30
pm
.
We
were
happy
to
see
few
European
couples
offered
late
checkout
as
they
were
leaving
the
hotel
around
5
to
5.30
pm
.
The
same
lady
at
the
reception
was
there
and
she
was
like
come
tomorrow
at
9.30am
and
we
will
let
you
know
hopefully
you
should
get
it
.
We
expected
that
our
stay
was
bad
.
But
maybe
they
will
give
us
a
sweet
memory
at
the
end
but
in
the
morning
there
were
two
men
at
the
reception
completely
ignored
us
to
even
stay
till
12pm
.
They
were
asking
us
to
vacate
at
11.15
am
as
they
had
a
guest
arriving
for
the
room
we
were
staying
.
Out
of
the
two
men
at
the
reception
one
men
was
not
even
looking
at
us
and
treating
us
like
we
are
not
even
a
guest
of
the
hotel.
However
we
decided
to
leave
the
place
sharp
at
12
and
we
enjoyed
our
time
discovering
beautiful
places
of
the
south
and
head
to
the
airport.
The
only
person
out
of
the
hotel
staf
was
Vinay
-
he
is
a
chef
from
the
hotel
I
believe
he
was
so
sweet
and
if
I
would
carry
a
little
memory
of
le-
Reciff
it
will
be
him.
Otherwise
Veena
from
reception
and
the
other
two
men
I
don’t
remember
their
names
-
request
you
to
change
your
attitude
.
Be
equal
towards
all
guest
.
Attitude
is
a
good
chain-
don’t
spoil
its
name
.
People
tend
to
come
back
to
a
place
for
the
treatment
and
Behavior
they
get
during
the
stay.
Because
of
you
guys
I
would
never
in
my
wildest
dream
ever
come
to
stay
here
again
.
