Best and beautiful place with a fantastic view of snow covered mountains. The cafe is very good and they know how to party hard. We were here on weekend and there was live music. The vibe was on whole different level. They menu is also very good with local items and food quality and quantity is very good. Alcohol and beverages are also up to the mark. Would like to spend holidays again and again. Rooms are clean. You will get personal attention here. Enjoyed a lot specially the Dance floor with Live music, good atmosphere. If you are in Bir, you should visit this cafe. Strongly recommend visiting here.

Very bad experience this time. Arrived at 19:30 but room was not ready. Owner told me it will be ready in 40 minutes or so. They were trying to send me to different accommodation. I am definitely not coming back again as the staff was not friendly and owner wasn’t helpful

This resort has a club inside the resort which is open for all, no safety and no peace for guest users staying at the property, they will not Surve food to anyone after 10 pm but alcohol is served till 12 mid night with loud music, the staff at night is so busy with club service that they did not even provided room service to give water bottles and glasses

It's nice place with a beautiful garden. However the rooms quite old and the room service is not quite good. We have spent 5 nights here.

Being a regular visitor, I was really disappointed today. A lot of work needs to be done in the management. I basically spent almost ₹1200 for nothing. I could see 4 people behind the counter but they all had no idea what they were doing. The order came after almost an hour even though there were hardly any customers. I asked for a red bull that wasn’t even fridge cold. Also there was no ice available. Asked 4-5 times for just a tomato ketchup and they couldn’t offer that on my table. Both the dishes were served cold even after taking ample amount of time to prepare them. Expecting a better service next time.

Best place to stay in Bir. They have nice property surrounded by serene green lush forest. Food is also good and economical and in house bar is the cherry on top. Cottages are well maintained and clean. Service can be better as the wait time was at times too long.

###Worst experience of my life. DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL.### Monopoly of local people. You cannot enjoy freely, localists threaten visitors of different cultures. Very rude behaviour of owner after they threaten to gather local crowd. Localist come and get drunk and start all kinds of rudeness and show their dictatorship. We had to travel back to our homes after booking at 2.30 AM because of this. Owner is very greedy and didnt even acknowledge this problem. EVEN AFTER ALL THIS WE PAID MOST OF THE MONEY AND SHE CONSISTENTLY ARGUED WITH US TO PAY FOR THE SERVICES THAT WE DIDNT EVEN USE.

Wonderful property with friendly staff. The food here is delicious and decently priced. This is one of the few places with a Bar in Bir. Definitely coming back!
