I visited the mall on the first day of my trip to Hubballi to purchase some items. It is a good sized mall given the size of Hubballi. However most of the shops are related to garments only. In the underground you can go to reliance shop where you can get almost everything at very discounted rates

One of the famous mall in Hubli is urban oasis mall. It consists of KFC all cloth shops and icecream shops and cinema theatre and Many more shops. Also it consists of reliance mart shopping centre so everything is available in this mall. Must visit this mall when u r in Hubli. It has good play area for kids and food area is good as well, it has many other good options for shopping clothes Great infrastructure and well maintained by the staff a good amount of time can spend by the family and friends

Best mall in Hubli level. Good branded quality Shops are available. Electronic Shop like laptop shop are also there which is Plus point. Movies and game zone on top floor. Parking space is not available which is a major con. Overall it is very good and must visit in Hubli.

Good mall but bit laggy in Children’s amusement area.. not working properly and all old machines. Cinepolis is good 👍🏻

This mall is very good. Everything is available here. Entertainment is also there. There is gaming zone. There is also a movie theater. Electronic items are also available. KFC is also there.

But near movie theatres the food is more expensive n tasteless. This is awesome mall. It is very good place for shopping, food items, laptops. My rating is for the food court management.. I visited the mall today. There's a token system where we need to pre purchase tokens worth 300 and use them against food at the food court. The lady issuing the token cancelled the transaction on the EDC machine- my gpay payment was successful.. And they denied me the tokens said my amount will be refunded as their EDC machine failed to print the transaction. Sriram the manager/owner of the food court operations wasn't helpful either. Insisted on me paying again and said tomorrow they will check if they have received the payment n refund me my money. Though the taste was good.. The first hand experience was very bad.. It's a pity they have limited options which the customers still prefer to use.. But these elements shoo the users away..

Shopping mall located on Gokul road Hubli very near to airport with major branded showrooms. Food court and gaming also there. Cinepolis five screens are there. Well managed neat and clean.

Masti amusement park ok. Ok.. All toys are old.. It's only suitable for kids under 5 year old.. For bigger one only two games are there.. Dashing car.. Animation..movies.. Reliance smart bazar, easy buy, titen world, pantaloons, Cinepolis movies, pizza Hut, kfc, domino's, food court, woodland, jewellery shop, reliance digital, and so many other vendors are there... One mall.. Many shopping centre..

When it was launched in Hubli, it grabbed attention of so many because it is the biggest in Hubli. But now you can clearly see it’s not well maintained. It has very good brands as easy buy, pantaloons, max, kfc, domino’s , etc. you can visit in the day time rather than night time . It’s right beside cubix hotel and ice cube.

Lifestyle, clothing, food and lots more under one roof. Cinepolis the cinema hall on the 3rd floor is very good. Parking facility available. Good connectivity to the city. Not very well maintained. The mall is kind of old and looks the part too. It has a good collection of stores including a kfc. But the whole building could be better maintained. Its not very clean. There is an underground parking facility. The place is busy most of the days

Mall is good to visit with friends n family. KFC is available , my fav part to visit this mall is for movies with family n friends. But it is not much big in size to time pass as compared Bangalore malls.

Good for small kids to play for a toy car and bus. If you are visiting in weekdays Monday-Friday, the escalator will not be working, people have to walk on those. For the one who are fit that’s fine if you have elderly person or sone one have problem while walking they are forced to take walk. Management have to think of it. Those escalators are automatic. Let it start when people arrives and stop if no traffic.

One of the very first Malls of Hubli. You have outlets like reliance trends, reliance market, Domino's, KFC Wildcraft etc Cinepolis is there with a few screens (5) Not crowded, you can come for shopping with family and window shoping with boy/girlfriends.

The structure of mall was big. Nice mall to explore in free time. I watched more than 5 movies in their theatre 🎭. If u have a enthusiasm for movies so you should definitely have a try.

I didn't plan to come here, I visited this mall unexpectedly anyways the mall is quite spacious, on the ground floor they have Domino's, KFC, Mochi, Raymond's and many more outlet. I was worn out with the shopping on the ground floor itself so i couldn't explore the full mall. I'm sure there's more to see, eat and shop. One thing i didn't like is KFC. The employees working there should be trained how to talk to the customers. I felt like they are bored and it shows on their faces. This is the first time I'm seeing KFC employees behaving as if they're not bothered about the customers and the most shocking thing happened there was no payment through UPI or credit card and only cash is allowed. I was literally surprised with this because KFC is well known food outlet and they are not accepting UPI payments seems fishy. Anyways I'll be visiting this mall again to explore more things. I'll be adding more to it with the pictures.

Great place to hangout for leisure and entertainment. Plenty of options to shop, eat and munch. There is a Cinepolis theatre on the top floor that was very well maintained.

The mall is located inside main city area. Not too big but serves the demand of the public. The play zone area offers variety of games for young kids and elders as well. Rates for games are average but comparatively lower than Mumbai. The management should work on cleanliness of the mall premises. During our visit, two escalators were non functional. The place is mostly crowded during weekends.

They charge for four-wheeler parking, i.e., 30rs Unless you purchase something from reliance inside the mall. They have a good range of brands inside the mall. The escalator is only to go from the ground and first floor and not vice versa. You need to take the stairs to come down from the first floor. The toilets are pathetic.

Urban Oasis Mall is must Visit, if u come yo hubli .Nice garment outlets ..sply kids collection is Awesome. We had lots og shopping @ Easy Buy store . Game zone is gud for kids to hav fun ...

It's a decent mall. Much better than few other malls in Hubballi Not that big, a good refreshing atmosphere.
