Booked a bouncy castle for a kids birthday party Received email confirmation repeatedly about my obligations as a customer and the terms and conditions I had to adhere to. With five minutes till the party started I called to ask where it was. They had no record of the booking and dropped us in it.

Booked Rodeo for kids birthday, Leading up to the event needed to ask a few things could not get hold of them. 24 hours before got a call saying they could not being the rodeo as it was forecasted rain and we would not get a refund (£500) in the end we said to bring whatever they had but were still short changed £150. It didn't even rain on the day.

Had an amazing experience with Baildon bouncy castles on Sunday for my son’s birthday party. They have the best range of inflatables I have come across and have been great to deal with from start to finish. The communication has been great, I thought they were very well priced and was sent a broken down invoice for all the items I had hired. They set up quickly with no issues and were very friendly. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again!

A very professional company with a great range of products for hire. The set up and collection was brilliant and the inflatable bowling alley was very popular with young people. Prices are good when compared to other companies also. Highly recommend!

Used for several years and service is still as good as its always been..reasonable prices and friendly staff.. only downside is with being so busy it's difficult to contact them if you have urgent queries which I had this time with last minute arrangements and wanting to check availability. Thankfully everything went well and will definitely be using again.
