If
you're
coming
here
for
a
special
occasion,
I'd
think
twice.
Beautiful
view,
food
sounds
great,
but
very
underwhelming.
To
begin
with,
we
had
a
few
cocktails
of
course.
I
had
the
Old
Fashioned
and
my
partner
had
the
Lemon
Drop.
Sorry
to
say
they
were
the
worst
cocktails
we've
ever
had
from
a
fine
dining
establishment,
they
tasted
as
if
served
out
of
a
dive
bar
with
the
most
basic
flavor
profile
of
"alcohol
and
mixer".
We
wanted
to
send
them
back
and
stick
to
just
water
after
tasting,
but
didn't
want
to
make
a
fuss.
Started
with
the
crab
cakes,
which
were
honestly
the
only
pleasant
part
of
the
evening
aside
from
my
company.
Followed
by
the
Lobster
Bisque
soup
we
each
ordered,
yet
only
one
bowl
was
brought
to
the
table,
and
with
no
spoons
currently
existing
nor
brought
with
the
soup,
we
attempted
to
flag
someone
down
for
our
missing
bowl
and
spoons.
By
the
time
spoons
did
arrive
with
the
missing
bowl,
one
of
us
had
to
eat
room
temperature
soup
which,
then,
was
really
disappointing.
Next
up
our
entree.
We
each
ordered
medium
rare
filet
mignon
with
prawns,
mashed
potatoes
and
asparagus.
We
love
med
rare
steak,
even
medium,
but
not
blue
-
both
steaks
were
undercooked.
I
then
also
had
to
get
up
to
go
to
the
kitchen
and
ask
for
salt
and
pepper,
because
our
bland
mashed
potatoes
absolutely
needed
it,
and
of
course
I
didn't
want
to
spend
another
15
minutes
waiting
and
letting
dinner
get
cold.
Once
seasoned,
potatoes
were
good
and
asparagus
good
as
well.
To
finish
the
evening,
molten
chocolate
cake
with
ice
cream.
One
of
our
favorite
desserts!
Except,
as
we
begin
to
eat
this...
where's
the
molten?
The
cake
is
either
completely
undercooked
or
overcooked,
as
the
inside
was
just
a
firm
chocolate
sponge.
Maybe
we're
too
spoiled
from
places
like
El
Gaucho,
The
Met,
etc.,
but
we
were
sorely
disappointed
with
literally
the
entire
experience,
and
just
expected
a
much
better
dining
quality.
Staff
was
friendly,
view
was
gorgeous.
Come
for
the
view,
but
nothing
else.
