It used to be a good diagnostic center but my recent experiences have changed my views about this center. Staff is very rude they don't know how to talk to customer. They do not admit their mistakes, don't listen to customer and start raising their voice. There is no feedback or complaints system. Being a diagnostic center it should be cleaned but you won't find any hygiene. Least bothered management.

My chest Xray is done at 12PM today and they told me to wait for 1/2 hour to get the reports. Now it is 1.5hrs and once they handed over me a someone else report n still waiting to collect the reports n no response from anyone. I m having fever, severe cough issue but they are not understanding my situation at all.

It has to improve the place first of all. It is making people even more sick. Very small waiting area and many people sitting there... You may need an oxygen mask in this place. The good things: tests do not take much time and prices are OK.

Staffw behaviour is very rude... They don't know how to talk with patients...they don't have time to listen or ans our concerns .. please don't go there

I have gone for the tiffa scan they gave me the normal report for my baby,but my baby heart doesn't form at all correctly baby died within 1 week of birth,now we are in pain just bcz of that radiologist who doesn't have skills to predict baby malformation of heart.never and ever go for this scan center.I never understand how can they give evrything as normal when my baby heart not at all formed correctly.

Worst service and management. Only if here if you have whole day to sit at the centre. They won’t have people available to run tests and will make you wait shamelessly for hours! Worst place ever❌❌❌

Just for one X-ray we waited for 2 hrs. Normally it won't take more than 30 mins in any of the hospital and they also charge same rate. Dedicated diagnostic center should have provide more faster but taking 2 hrs for one X-ray is too much.

Doesn't deserve 1star also.. the worst diagnosis centre in Hyderabad.. Don't have proper seats in waiting area.. the Radiologist Dr Revanth was so rude.. its waste of money going there.. After ultrasound nurse provides single tissue paper to remove gel used for pregnancy scan.. It was the worst experience I ever had.. Had to go there for the fetal echo test which was done nearlby to my place,otherwise would have never visited here..

I am rating one because there is NO 0 rating or minus to rate. Today I have done my TMT and scans here as my regular health checkup and realised it's waste of money and time. TMT technician didn't even measured BP while test running and he entering BP randomly in the system. When I asked the same point at reception while taking report they are trying to explain TMT machine will measure the BP which is totally wrong. Scan reports apper non standard and some are written with pen.

I have been here couple of days ago for a scan. Place was very unhygienic and washrooms are pathetic. I have waited for an hour and found that no one is there ahead of me in waiting room. I checked with the staff there then i got to know that they haven't processed my bill. Finally i got into scan room it was a male radiologist which is totally fine but they haven't followed any basic hygiene and privacy rules. At the end they gave me a report which was totally incorrect as a family we were shattered with the findings they gave. Immediately we went to hospital were the doctors did scan again and told us the report was totally incorrect and everything is good.

They would double the price of a test after the patient visits the lab for sample collection. Absolute cheater and has a very dirty strategy.

Good people. Just check the price before visit. Some time receptnist os not clear about offers.

Worst experience, we have waited for 2hours 30 minutes, 9 months pregnant No one is bothering, I will recommend not to go Kondapur diagnostic center, better to look other near by
