Exceptionally pathetic experience after years of being one of the best customers for naturals salon. They lost so many customers due to rudeness and poor service, especially the hairstylist and hair expert lady made it clear that they don’t care for customers who have taken appointments as well as waiting for their turn. I must say God give them some straight thinking abilities. Never treat your customer badly the word spreads like fire. End of Story for me.

Worst one ..staff don't know even basic services like threading..I had worst experience..I even asked her whether is she sure about threading..she said she can do it..bt she just ruined my eyebrows...i will never go back again...wake up naturals management..this is 4th time I had such experience..cm with gd trained staff.

Hello naturals I came for keratin treatment it was awesome. For me Ramana done keratin treatment The way he done awesome and handing nicely he also explained about do’s and dont’s after keratin treatment and also gave some tipa regarding hair maintenance

Absolutely rubbish. Me and my sisters went there for a hot oil massage. They massaged for only 10 mins and steamed for 5-7 mins. They are unprofessional at best! They refused conditioner and refused to set my hair. The massage didn’t even include the usual neck and shoulder massage. All this for 1000 change. Worst place. Don’t ever go there. It was not at all worth it!
