very
polite
and
willing
to
correct
the
mistake
but
they’re
definitely
not
talented
when
it
comes
to
managing
your
hair.
I
went
there
day
before
yesterday
on
reading
so
many
positive
reviews
only
to
realise
that
the
person
those
reviews
were
for
was
on
a
leave
that
day
and
someone
else
did
my
hair
smoothening.
Trust
me
I
had
better
hair
before
the
treatment.
And
I
had
treatment
done
2yrs
back
from
somewhere
else
so
I
know
the
difference
between
good
treatment
and
bad.
It’s
like
nothing
has
been
done
this
time,
my
lower
hair
length
became
dry
and
rough
post
treatment
so
they
suggested
to
get
either
keratin
done
on
it
or
to
get
it
cut.
Hair
looked
good
(not
shiny
smooth
as
it
should
normally
be
but
good)
in
the
parlor
post
wash
and
blow
dry,
but
after
few
hrs
it
became
rough
again.
I
need
to
keep
combing
my
hair
every
hour
to
manage
the
knots
and
roughness
to
whatever
length
is
left.
There
is
nothing
that
can
be
done
other
than
waiting
for
few
months/
years
to
get
another
smoothening
done.
They
should’ve
just
told
me
that
smoothening
wasn’t
needed
since
before
and
after
would
be
the
same
(minus
half
my
hair
length).

of

before
(long
hair)
and
2
days
after
(short
hair)
smoothening.
