The staff tried to sell me unnecessary products, claiming that my hair was damaged and needed additional work. When I declined the extra services, they lost interest in providing the service I had originally booked. My first experience and I don't think I would like a repeat. Brands like Geetanjali should offer white glove services to their customers and not make easy and quick money all the time. First win the trust of the customer and then try selling them additional services.

I have recently got my Kera smoothening done by Shoeb. Very well behaved and professional hair dresser, indeed he is hair expert and treated my damaged hairs the way only an expert can, so my requirements get fulfilled but there shouldn’t any harm on my hairs. Thanks a lot for your services.
