Lata was server. She was really helpful in giving us suggestions. Since i have a Tamilan hubby, we were looking for a south indian restaurant which gives us the authentic taste. Got the idea of this place through reels. Amazing food and ambience. Would love to come back again and suggest our friends and family the same

I am sharing below comments based on my experience while a visit on 29.08.2023 to padmanabhan kailash colony, Delhi. We went for Onam Sandhya meal. It was present menu meal and have different options ranging from pickles, buttermilk, red rice, avial, thoran, aplam, rasam, sambhar, banana chips etc. Ambience - very nice music in background, nice seating space and decor. We like it. Food taste- good. I liked almost all the items Food quantity - it was unlimited refill meal. Still. Having many items in meal, we can't have much still feel full. 😊 Service - it's one area, they definitely need to look into to improve customer experience and making them feel to come again. Serving staff were decent but needs more grooming/ training on focus to customer requests, needs etc. We have to wait for more than 10 minutes despite several requests from my friend while having meal. For such special occasions and big customer fall in ( with pre booking) they should have planned more serving staff. Pricing - it was 800 plus taxes for one person. Okay to have Onam Sandhya experience and tasty food Washroom - they have one washroom and hand wash basin on first floor seating area. It may sound over information but at times, I found such information useful 😃 Parking - there is a paid car parking of sdmc on street next to restaurant. It's decent. Location- it's is main Market of kailash colony and have many restaurants nearby. Overall experience - okay. I may not recommend someone to visit this place for Onam Sandhya etc.

Food is very authentically South Indian with right flavors and taste, decor is pleasant and service is efficient. Food is light like it’s home made, Idly and uppam here is so soft, it simply melts in your mouth! Thali is wholesom, dosa was delicious and sambhar is so good we asked for several repeats! We loved the food so much that went twice in a row!

Pretty average food, had ordered dosas, idli, wada, uthappam… and all were okayish. Buttermilk was extremely spicy and masala dosa was bland. They wouldn’t even take feedback and try to better up the dish. The worse part was the service, we waited for a juice for 1 hour, spoons for 5 minutes everytime, had to remind them to clear the table.. not sure if they were understaffed that day, or its their usual service. Food presentation- 5/5 Ambience and crowd - 5/5 It was super packed on Saturday, both floors full - don’t go without a reservation.

Great to come at a little odd time to enjoy peaceful time with friends and family !!! Best South Indian food around !! Ask for thier best item ... If confused Staff is good 😊 Lata helped us a lot !!

It was my first time trying out all these fabulous South Indian Dishes and I had a blast!! The place had awesome vibes, great service, and I can totally see myself going back for more in the future.

Delicious food, lovely ambience and quick & professional service. Lata was our server and she gave us great recommendations and was courteous. Definitely visiting again!

Do booking in advance if you are coming on weekends. The ambience was very calm and nice. The service was a little slow on the first floor. The food was amazing. The chutneys were so so good, you wouldn't even need Sambar. Do try their podi idlis.

This place serves south Indian dishes closest to the originality. I had tried at many places in NCR and I can say this place wont disappoint. There are so many dishes which are must try but kurma parotta, thatte idly, idly platter was personal fav. One minus point is the ventilation system. Low ceiling & proximity of sitting area to kitchen makes the air stuffy.

The food was amazing ( I had the chettinad dosa, idli Vada combo and dahi vada) and we were served by a very attentive host called Lata. She made our experience very memorable as well. Would recommend for good food and great ambience.

I have visited twice this place in 3 months. My first experience was brilliant food, service everything was excellent. But, my second visit was blah! They didn't serve plates to eat with the food also, the cheese paniyaram seemed to be cooked twice. Food doesn't seem fresh. May it was a weekend. I ll suggest you to visit them on weekdays. Coffee was always outstanding. I tried cheese paniyaram, jinni dosa, filter cold coffee. Added pictures from both the visits you can compare how overcooked were they.

Especially came to eat Bhojnam and it was very delicious 😋. Service and atmosphere was very good. Loved it

The food was great and our server Shailender was very nice and informed us about each meal and which southern state it’s from. Haven’t ever had an experience like this before considering both quality of food and service. Would totally recommend coming here!
