You will be facing lot of electricity issues, no power backup is there, during day around 2-3 hours electricity will be cut and during night around 3-4 hours no electricity would be there, this ratio will increase in summers. And even they won’t be having a proper reason for it, reason given by the guards, would be too much AC uses. This is happening from past 5 years. And this problem can’t be solved. Apart from this another issue is more mosquitoes than the residents. You would feel like near a swamp area.

Good residential locality, lot of green cover inside the society. Open green lawn with walking track, open gym for all age group. Security cameras and guards in all gates. Good space between row houses. Roads are clean and well maintained. Lot of open area for kids play.
