Well...
I
started
with
"My
Fitness
Club"
gym
just
3
months
back;
Though
I
am
putting
up
an
early
review
about
the
gym,
its
worth
the
record
here.
An
amazing
transformation
that
I
got
in
such
a
small
duration;
a
loss
of
10
Kgs
overall
weight,
freedom
from
many
health
risks
and
a
huge
agility
is
worth
the
mention.
All
credit
goes
to
my
trainer
Rajeev.
Starting
deadlifts
with
just
40Kgs
and
reaching
up
to
90Kgs
is
something
that
only
he
aimed
at,
it
was
only
a
dream
for
me.
He
enabled
me
build
a
huge
strength.
Rajeev
is
very
professional,
disciplined
and
target-oriented
trainer.
Surprisingly
I
never
came
across
any
trainer
who
holds
such
a
plethora
of
knowledge
about
the
workouts,
body
composition,
what-to-hit-when,
nutrition,
lifestyle
etc.
He
is
a
complete
package
in
himself.
Thanks
Rajeev
for
extending
all
the
support
and
bringing
happiness
to,
I
am
sure,
many
lives.
Moreover,
you
ensured
about
the
hygiene
management
in
gym
during
covid
times
and
now..
Good

Wish
you
many
more
success.
About
the
gym
and
other
trainers
-
All
trainers
are
equally
good;
you
will
find
them
supporting
the
trainees
wearing
a
broad
smile;
they
are
humble.
Gym
is
equipped
with
best-in-class
machines.
I
have
not
seen
any
breakdown
lasting
for
more
than
a
day.
The
gym
area
is
very
well
designed;
appropriately
separated
for
Yoga,
cardio's
and
equipment's/weights
activities..
Last
but
not
the
least,
I
would
summarize
my
transformation
as
"workouts
that
seemed
impossible
to
me
3
months
back
have
become
my
warm-ups
today.."
Just
trust

It.
